Recurring meetings and synching issue
Recurring meetings and syncing issue.
I just called the help desk along with the owner of the company. When a recurring meeting is scheduled through Outlook, it is not populating or syncing with the Redtail calendar. Even doing a manual sync will not help. According to the rep we spoke with, this is a known issue that Redtail is NOT willing to fix. That is disappointing to hear as we feel that Redtail doesn't care for their clients, even though our rep said they did. If they cared about their clients, they would offer a discount for their product's inadequacy and the time it wastes our staff to manually babysit the product we pay for. Frustrating how big companies just don’t give a **** about their clients anymore.
