Agreed. We get paperwork with the beneficiaries name on it from the insurance companies and doesn't always list the policy owner. It would be nice if they were added to the system as a contact and searchable.

Agreed, because I need to enter basic account info for beneficiaries (i.e. address, phone number, relationship, etc.) without having to add that beneficiary as a client.

The Beneficiaries field within an account record should be linked to actual contacts in the system.
For example, if Account 1234 has two beneficiaries listed in the Beneficiary section, Person 1 and Person 2. I should be able to click each of these to be sent to Person 1 and 2's contact records.

Currently the beneficiary information is a plain text field. I request that the information listed in the beneficiary section create and link to an individual [or Trust] record in the CRM. The result would be that I would be able to click on a beneficiary and open their CRM record.
