Support for Multi-session Seminars
We teach multi-session seminars. We would like to be able to track these additional dates from within a single seminar entry. Most of our classes are once a week for 2 or 3 weeks. We'd like to have a spot to put all three dates within a single Redtail "seminar", so we can track the attendees in one place, as well as show each individual event on the calendar.
Two less-than-ideal workarounds: (1) Make the start date and end date correspond with the first and last dates of the series. This doesn't work well because if we choose to display seminars on the calendar, it fills up the whole calendar between the two dates. (2) Create a separate seminar entry for each session. This is a slightly better solution and solves the problem in #1 above, but it clutters up the seminar screen with additional events and makes it hard to tell which ones belong together if we have a lot going on at once.
Any other workarounds, or possibly an enhancement coming down the road to address this?
Thanks

I agree this would be a great improvement. If we could allow for each contact to attend a single seminar but on different dates it would make it SUPER easy to see if someone attended an online webinar in person, or if they watched it later. It could allow for tracking of online tutorials/videos as well. Would love to see either a new date field per client as well as a notes section for individual feedback they provide about the seminar. At the very least, please give us UDFs for this.
