written agreement area be editable
Make the written agreements area editable, so that additional agreements/announcements can be added with dates (Trusted Contacts, Form CRS, etc). Sort of a one place to look that compliance requirements are met.

Adding the most recent Notes listed to clients on reports
As we need to track our interaction with our Senior Clients (62 years+) per the SEC, it would be nice to be able to have the most recent note come over on reports (ex: RMD reports, client reports by age, etc.) so that we can generate a report, show the last contact had with any notes that are entered and save for auditing purposes.

Drivers License number
It seems really strange for the drivers license number to be found in the know your client section and not in the important information or contact details area.

Add A Field
All advisors need to track Risk Questionnaires. We propose that a field be added in the Know Your Client field where Redtail offers other important dates for Contracts etc. This is a must needed feature. I did check out the other options, but they didn't achieve what the advisors are looking for. Please consider!

Add Citizenship field to Contact Details on 1st Page of Contact
Add "Citizenship" information to the "Contact Details". Contact Details is more visible for this highly important information vs. being buried in "Know Your Client". This has caused our staff to periodically overlook this information and forced account opening corrections after the fact with further embarrassing interaction w/the client.Thank you!!!

Client Review Dates
Client Review Dates need to a
drop down selection of reminder time periods that can be set for 6 months,12 months and 15 months and the ability to set for an automation sent to the client for each time period.14 votes -
Link Banking information to more than one contact
Make it possible to link the banking information for the head of household with their spouse so that we do not have to enter the information twice.

Change showing Married to Partnered and let the Martial Status denote the type of partnership.
Showing Married at the top of the screen when people are in Life Partnerships is very misleading. It's hard to remember sometimes whether couples are married or not and awkward to have to ask. There are many types of partnerships these days, including Marrieds, so my suggestion should work well

Add a new field to the Banking section under Financials to include balance amount
In the Banking section under Financials, it would be helpful if there is an additional column to capture the balance in each of the particular Banks that are added.

LPL Integration
prior to being at LPL I was with a firm that used pershing. They worked with Smart Office so that everything I entered in SO was pulled directly into pershing and allowed me to open an account with data entry only once. I can't do that with RT and Clientworks. In addition, the KYC section of RT is clunky and shouldn't be on separate pages.

Allow functionality of selecting the month for the "next review date". Currently, if you deviate off the schedule, there is no flexibility to keep the existing month. i.e. if I was late on a review in August, but want to keep the client on schedule for March 2021, there is no way to select that.

CRS
Thank you for adding the Forms CRS fields, however, the location of the fields isn't placed logically in the profile. We wanted to request that you change the location to the Written Agreements Review under Know Your Client.
Creating a task to remember to enter this data is an added step that we are hoping can be shortcut.20 votes -
Multiple Entries for Form CRS for documentation
Allow having multiple entries as a form crs needs to be sent multiple times, not just 1 time.

Create Ability to Customize ID Types in Indentifications
It would be beneficial to our firm if we had the ability to create and customize the various ID types found in a client profile by going to Know Your Client>>Misc.>>Identification. Some of our clients have ID's that do not fit the default options provided. The ability to create our own options would make our information more accurate and clean.

risk tolerance
In the section to list what risk tolerance a client has it only shows three options. It would be nice if we could customize the list to match what our tolerance shows for our business. If there is a way to add this section to the update list section so that we can add in our own options it would really help with how we use this function.

Know Your Client Review Month
The recent update to Know You Client tab removed the ability to change a client's review month. The only way to change a review month now is to change the date of the first review (making it inaccurate). Trying a custom date adds an extra review date. This is how our office tracks who needs to come in for reviews each month. Please bring this option back!

Written Agreements Review Addtions
I want to add more customization allowing me add additional forms to that section. My firm needs an OFAC, NAF, and CRS form and I would like to be able to have those dates on my CRM.

Add Latest CRS Delivery to the Know Your Client Tab
Please add an input field for Latest CRS Delivery date to the Know Your Client Tab, along with the Latest ADV Delivery and Latest Privacy Policy Delivery date inputs.

Bulk update Know Your Client fields
I would like to be able bulk update the Know Your Client Fields. For example, every firm has to send out an ADV Offer Update and Privacy Policy Annually. These notices/offers go out on the same date every year all at once. We need to be able to then bulk update the date fields in Know Your Client for these as opposed to a one-by-one update which takes an extraordinary amount of time. Thanks.
