Professional should have reciprocal to the professional's contact too
If you post a CPA to the individuals Professional contact, you should be able to go to the CPA contact and see all their clients.

Assets/Liabilities/Income
Under assets and liabilities, we have to set these up every single time for each client. It would be great if we could set up the exact assets and liabilities we want for all of our database, that way it populates automatically and we can go in and just enter in the balances personally. Also, add an "Income" box on the assets/liabilities page, so we can see all sources of income: i.e. pension, social security, etc.

Primary Bank
Allow us to select one of the client's bank accounts and mark it as primary like we do for contact methods.

phonetic field for names
There should be a phonetic pronunciation field for client names, one for each first, middle, and last name, so new client service workers don't butcher saying a clients name.

address requirements
it would be extremely helpful to be able to add a contact while knowing limited address information such as ONLY the city and state. I am aware this is to avoid bad data. However if there was a box to indicate we are aware that this is a partial address only, or if it's a prospect, then and only then partial addresses are acceptable etc. That would be very helpful!!!!! At conferences and expos we typically only ask for their city and state as to be able to be able to be more efficient in territory management when client prospecting.

Please create a Taxable Income field. AGI and Est. Taxes is useless in determine Marginal tax bracket. Taxable Income does!!!

Beneficiaries listed under multiple clients
It would be nice to be able to add a "beneficiary" who might be a client to multiple accounts. We are currently adding this into Important Information, but since the Important Information box hasn't been enhanced to pop up when clicking on the client's name we are hoping that something will change to make this easier for all users.

Retirement date
Rename the field Professional Contacts to Employment Info/Retirement. That title of Professional Contacts does not indicate that employer information or retirement dates would be listed here. My rep and I looked and looked for the fields but never thought to click on Professional Contacts for it. Thanks.

Have marriage date and divorced date fields.
When viewing contact record it looked like my divorced client was divorced for x amount of years after entering marriage date in Know Your Client. I like knowing that my client was married x amount of years and then knowing when the divorce was final.

Time tracker
Similar to Toggle, something that when you're in the CRM on a client, you can hit a button and it times who is working on that client and for how long, maybe have project options. This would be very helpful when you have to bill clients. Also, you'd have a log of how much time you spend with that client.

schedule workflow tasks on calendar to specific block of time
We need to be able to take a workflow task and assign it to a specific time on the calendar such as alloting 1 hour of time, or 2 hours of time, and then have it show there and in the client record when completed. This helps determine how much time it takes, allocate time accordingly and bill the client appropriately. Having the tasks without being able to schedule them to a specific block of time is quite frustrating.

Professional Contacts
When you add a Professional Contact, it would be great if you could have an option to click on a box to have the info automatically added/linked to the spouse's contact record, where applicable. So if I add a CPA, I would be able to add that relationship to the family, as opposed to adding it one contact at a time.

"Important Information" Block
We would love it if there was a block where we could input important general contact information at the top of the main page for a contact. Currently, we can only enter such information in Notes, which are not editable and usually get buried in the timeline. We want a block that is very visible upon opening a contact's page, where we can put general information like "usually in Florida from December through May" or "currently battling cancer", etc. We also want to be able to add to and edit the information in this "block" as needed.

There is a need for automatic notification and letter distribution 180 days and 90 days prior to a client's 65th birthday in regard to their Medicare status. The reminder would need to key off of the established birth date; at the very least the advisor or advisor's assistant should be provided a notice at 180 days and 90 days prior to the client's 65th birthday.

Dependents and divorced parents
It would be nice to be able to add children as the dependents to both spouses in the event of a divorced couple (household page). Every arrangement is different and it would be helpful to be able to see the "family" under both ex-husband and ex-wife.

Break out Income more so we can differenciate Earned Income, Social Security, Pension, and Other to align with reality of financial planning
Instead of just using "Adjusted Gross Income" under the Financials section of "Know your Client" please add additional breakouts for earned income, social security, pension, and other! It is very important for advisors with fee-based and planning based practices to record the breakout...not just one figure, and going through the trouble of making User Defined Fields when not necessary is inefficient.

Add a client fee section to the client profile to I know what I am charging them
Adding a client fee and estimated annual revenue section to the client profile would be very helpful so I can quickly reference what the client is getting charged as well as pull a report for how many clients I am charging 1% and how many clients I am charging 0.5% or pull a total projected revenue report etc.
