How can we improve Redtail Technology's CRM?

You've used all your votes and won't be able to post a new idea, but you can still search and comment on existing ideas.

There are two ways to get more votes:

  • When an admin closes an idea you've voted on, you'll get your votes back from that idea.
  • You can remove your votes from an open idea you support.

  1. When downloading an activity report in PDF, please have the priority levels (1-6) listed in the PDF.

    If I print out an activity sheet in PDF (though has the function in Excel) it doesn't have the priority levels. Would like to easily distingush beween our most important tasks (1), to task in process like larger projects (6).

  2. Incorporate a more flexible report writing function. Allowing users to created detailed reports.

  3. Report Disclosures Editablility

    Report disclosures:
    1) Should only be editable by Administrative users
    2) Should have the ability to change font size due to various lengths of disclosures (or so font isn't same size as the rest of the report)
    3) Should be standard length of characters among all reports (one report current allows 6 lines of text whereas another report allows 8 lines of text)

  4. Add Clients by Region Mapping/Reporting

    When setting review appointments it would be great to be able to see an area map with pin points of clients addresses in order to make the most of traveling to certain areas.

  5. Account Report with ALL Fields and Notes/Activities associated with Account

    Please create a report that we can print (preferrably in pdf or word format) that includes ALL the fields we fill in on the individual account page in Redtail. Include the notes because we use this field to put in additional information pertinant to the investment or annuity etc. This report could be printed for client meetings without having to pull up Redtail in front of the client.

  6. Create a "Business Personal Profile Form" for Business Records

    Printing a personal profile report is great however I also need the capability of printing a profile report that is catered toward my 'business' contacts. Making sure the profile report has been created with 'business' information rather than a family's information.

  7. Save 'Common Filters' on Activity Reports

    currently, you can run activity reports by activity, user, etc. This is very helpful, but takes a lot of clicks. Give users the ability to "save" their commonly run activity reports.

  8. Add As Of Date to Portfolio Summary and Portfolio Detail Reports

    give us the ability to view date of value and amount on the portfolio summary or portfolio detail report.
