  1. Would we be able to move the blocks for Workflows and Tasks around on the screen to create a custom experience?

    Would we be able to move the blocks around on the screen to be able to create a custom experience? Personally, I would much prefer to have workflows at the top since those are usually more time sensitive than tasks.

    In the main Workflow dashboard it would be nice to see columns showing the Servicing/Writing Advisor associated with the Linked Contact as well as who is responsible for the Current Step.

    As well as the ability to filter the list just to the Servicing/Writing Advisor associated with the Linked Contact similar to Activities.

  4. Allow the ability to filter two different columns on the Workflow page at the same time.

    Currently on the workflows page you can only filter one column at a time. This is frustrating because when I filter by Owner it gives me all of my tasks but I don't know which one is most important without peering through a few target dates.

    I would like the ability to sort my workflows by two columns at the same time (i.e. Sort by both Owner and Target Date at the same time). This would save a lot of time for me to quickly figure out what priorities are for the day.

  5. Workflow steps that can be completed out of sequential order

    Having the ability to create workflow templates where steps can be completed out of sequential order without needed to use the current outcome feature in RT. You would still create a workflow template in a sequential order, but you wouldn't need to wait until the prior step is completed to complete the next one.

  8. create workflow for more than one contact

    It would be nice if we could create a workflow for multiple contacts or from the family group. For example, if I have a married couple that I've meeting with for an annual review It would be nice to have a workflow for the couple instead of for each of them.

    It would be great to physically print the workflow diagram, existing steps and % completion in a pretty way.

  10. Thinner "regular" text to differentiate bold text

    I think we should make the text in descriptions for workflows a little thinner, so it's easier to differentiate BOLD and unbolded text. In the regular description boxes, activities and notes, it is easy to differentiate, but in workflows, it's a little harder to differentiate what is bolded and what is NOT bolded.

  11. Workflow

    We need workflow functionality added to the Redtail app. When we are prospecting and not by our computers, we should be able to add a prospect to a workflow from an existing template.

    This will reduce redundancy of efforts, eliminate unnecessary communication updating coworkers on what we've done, improve correctness in timestamping events, and ensuring tasks get complete.

  12. Workflows Page - the Filter and Complete Buttons

    When I am on the Workflow page, and I filter for workflows assigned to me there are some wonky outcomes. Two in particular.

    1.If I select say three workflows by clicking the box next to the workflow and then hit "Complete" button. The workflows "DO NOT GET COMPLETED"

    1. If I take action on this screen and want to go back to the screen to see my other workflows - I need to start the entire screening process all over again.

    I would like to see the same filtered results as opposed having to start over every single I try to…

  13. Add “After the previous step” button to “Step Due” category in a workflow

    The workflow needs an option to set a steps due date a certain amount of time after the previous step has been completed. This is an issue I see comments for back in 2020 and the issue is still not fixed. This is such a simple fix that would only require an added button to the "Step Due" category! Here are just a few of the complaints:

    “It would be nice if I could sequence my workflows based on the PREVIOUS STEP as well as the Target Date. Example: My assistant submits paperwork on Monday and I would like to…

  14. Clients who are divorcing

    How about making a workflow to address clients who are divorcing? Yes, I know we can create our own workflow, but you're so good about not missing steps. Could it include how to separate them from RT Imaging, too?

  15. "BATTER UP!" Automatically change the owner of the workflow to correspond with the user assigned to the next task within the workflow!.

    BATTER UP!

    When viewing the list of all active workflows, the owner should be updated to reflect the next user/team member assigned to the next corresponding task within the workflow in sequence.

    The new owner could then be notified they have a new task to perform within the workflow--batter up! The whole team knows who is responsible to complete the next task within the current workflow without having to edit the owner of the workflow.

    Alternatively, a new row could be added in the workflow window to reflect who the next task is assigned to.

  16. Link Households to Workflows

    When linking 2 contacts to a workflow, their names are not visible when reviewing your list of workflows (you only see "2 Contacts"). Can you make a way to link a household?

  17. Integrate Email Templates Into Workflow Steps

    It would be great to have a feature that allows you to link email templates into a specific workflow step that corresponds with that template.

    Ex: Step = 'Send Email #1 to Prospect'. Description = Hyperlink to Email #1 template.

    Strictly a convenience feature but our employees have asked for it a few times.

  18. priority marking for workflow tasks

    Assigning priority markers to workflow tasks. We have this functionality for activities, which is super helpful. Being able to assign priority markers to individual workflow tasks would be great for helping to plan for the day by seeing at a glance which workflow tasks are important and in what order.

  20. Dates in Workflows

    Workflow template target date. When setting up a workflow template the target date (Before or After) for the individual tasks for each step allows for quick setup as well as estimating a time line for the workflow. It would be nice if a completion date could be calculated for each task once the workflow template is active and in use. With a calculated date showing for each individual task. Then allow the user to edit and change that date for each individual task.
