  1. Add spot to add Venmo, Paypal and other payment addresses in Contact Record

    It'd be great if in the same area that has phone, email, etc, there were a spot to add Venmo, Paypal and other payment addresses. Maybe under Social Media or as it's own category. Now I just keep track of this info under Important Information.

  2. Allow the view of the contact/all the data to be customizable

    We would love to be able to move things around under the contact. For example we frequently look at the "important information" tab and would like to be able to move that up above the notes. We would move things around based on our needs and what is most important to see.

  4. Previous Employer Data Archived

    It would be nice to have a place to store Previous Employer Data for a client - company name, title, Admins, etc. Possibly an Archived option similar to addresses.

    Implement a way for advisors to enter contacts to see if they're on the Do Not Call/Do Not Email list.

  6. Client Record/Personal Info Automation

    It would be helpful if Redtail had the capability to send out a link via email to a new contact for them to type in their basic info and have it automatically integrated/inputted to update that client's Redtail contact record or create a new one. It would automate the process of obtaining info such as full name, DOB, SSN, address, gender, phone number, email, marital status, employer, financial info (net worth, bank info), beneficiaries, etc.

  8. multiple locations

    We have multiple office locations. When a client calls in to schedule an appointment, is there a way to create the activity automatically showing the location where they normally go for appointments? We are trying to be in the habit of asking which office they go to, but it is somewhat unprofessional, and it would be great if when we are creating the activity, if redtail would automatically enter the location for us. Like an automation for whenever we create an activity for Mr Smith, the activity would populate the location based on a rule that we would have to…

  10. Add a banner for contacts who have closed their accounts

    This would work just like the date of death field in Contact Details and the corresponding red banner when the contact is opened. Add a field under Contact Details for 'Closed Account' where the input is the date that the relationship is closed. Once this field is filled in, a banner would appear at the top of the contact screen (just like for deceased clients) that shows the client closed their accounts and the date. Maybe use another color banner instead of the red banner for deceased clients.

  11. "Important Information" should be viewable without a click

    I would like to be able to hover over "Important Information" rather than clicking it, to view the text - or perhaps just have the text listed under the icon if there is text there

  13. Date of Birth and SSN viewable on the landing screen for the client's contact page

    On the top of the client's contact page, there is a lot of unused space that I think should be used for the contact's Date of Birth and SSN. It would be very nice to not have to scroll down when trying to obtain these basic pieces of information. Thank you.

  14. Head of Household indicated in contact main profile

    Would like see to within a contact record if they are the head of household without having to go into the family name to see if the individual is the head of household. Maybe add the house icon beside the contacts name in their main record?

  15. copying addresses between different tags on contact card

    IDEA: For those clients whose mailing and residence are the same, would be nice to be able to type it once and then have a button or check box to copy that address to another address category. Type in home address, click button and it's copied to the mailing address as well (or other, or any of the other address types.)

  16. Former Employer in KYC Professional Tab

    A few suggestions:

    1) Have Employment/Employer info all together in its own sub-tab in KYC section (separating it from Professional Contacts)

    2) There is "occupation, start date, GAI $ and Retire date" but to this should be added the "former employer" which should be able to be populated by existing employers in the system. This way we can look at an employers record and see anyone who currently works here or who has worked here in the past. We would then also be able to click on the employer and it would take us right to the employer record. You…

  17. Contact Card

    Having 3 'Home' fields for address, tele # and email makes it hard to quickly find what your looking for. Your eyes go to home and then have to look at the different icons to figure out what you're looking for. Just name them what they are and group them together like Home Address, Cell #, Home email - then underneath have Work address, Work phone, Work Email all together. And make the primary fields bold more prominently. Right now the difference between regular and primary fields is so minor it's hard to quickly tell which is bolded.

  18. Customize or Filter the Notes on the Contact Main Page

    It would be very helpful to be able to filter how we are viewing the notes on the main contacts page so we could choose if we wanted the notes to be displayed or the activity. Currently you are only able to see the activity and the notes all combined in that section. We would preferer to filter out the activities and only have the advisor notes displayed. Our firm relies heavily on the notes as a point of reference so being able to push out the activities update in that section would be great. Thank you

  19. Add Citizenship field to Contact Details on 1st Page of Contact

    Add "Citizenship" information to the "Contact Details". Contact Details is more visible for this highly important information vs. being buried in "Know Your Client". This has caused our staff to periodically overlook this information and forced account opening corrections after the fact with further embarrassing interaction w/the client.Thank you!!!

  20. Ability to make certain contacts important information popup a window when you open contact

    In Ebix SmartOffice when we had something in the important information field it would popup automatically for us to read when we entered the contact record. That may be overkill for much of what we save there but there are certain ones that would be nice to able to have it pop up
