I'm confused by more than 100 things to accomplish in a day. If 100 items take an average of 15 minutes per activity to complete, that would take 25 hours of the 24 hour day. Are you including activities that are assigned to others in the practice? Perhaps having the option to filter by "Assigned To" would solve the problem.

Also need to take into account weekends. I have workflows for reviews set for 2 days prior to the meeting to ensure information has been reviewed and any new forms have been prepared. If the review appointment is set for a Tuesday or Wednesday, the workflow task falls on Saturday or Sunday - these should default to the Friday before when weekends become the task date.

As of 10/25/2019 we're up to 1055 votes for this issue that's been here since 2017. What does it take to get some movement on this????

Last time I commented (Aug-Sept 2018) this feedback had 408 votes, it's now 944 as of 6/20/19. It's obviously a desired item. What's the holdup?

This doesn't need to be revisted as much as it needs to be VISITED! 408 votes here that this item needs to be improved. What is the holdup?

An improved family tree is great! If contacts are noted as parents/children in the membership listing, they should be added to the family tree.

On the old Tailwag there was a box showing all the family members on the main screen. Now you have to click through to get to the information. Family Members should show on the first page of a client contact.

When running a report on completed activities all we can see is if there is a note attached and how many. We should be able to see the actual note. The only notes we do see is anything entered into the description box not the actual note attachment. We can run a notes report and see the notes but we can't filter to just see notes attached to specific activities (i.e. appointments vs calls).

One of my UDF's is the date of the last Client Data Sheet. Since these need to be updated every 2-3 years, it would be EXTREMELY helpful if we could do an advanced search on UDFs so we could easily find those that are out-of-date. We can run a UDF report but since it's just a report, we can't assign a bulk activity to any that make the list.

Up to 258 votes from the 150 I noted June 2018 and yet there is still no action here. What is the holdup?????

There are more than 150votes on this issue, it's obviously a sore spot with advisors. First Review Date should be titled Last Review Date (reason is self-explanatory) and the we should be able to manually enter a next review date, not have it automatically calculated (monthly, every 3 months, on the 15th will put reviews on Saturday's and Sunday's). This suggestion has been open since 2017 - is there ever going to be any action on this????

First review date should be re-named "Last Review Date" - also need to able to manually enter a date - makes no sense to pick a day or date based on an arbitrary one month, two month, etc (So I pick an actual date and it falls on a a Saturday or Sunday, what then?). I understand the need to create automation but it doesn't fit every client - give us the option to enter a date manually.

The simple, most logical fix to this issue is to not create a next review on the calendar as an appointment but to add a phone call or a task to book the next review at some future date. That way we can control the meeting. But we need to be able to actually set the date for the activity and not rely on some arbitrary "x" months in the future (dates often end up on holidays or weekends). Not sure why this issue has not been addressed in the past 3.5 years with this many votes to fix!!!

There are a couple of programs that will handle this and integrate with Redtail. ScheduleOnce (I use) integrates automatically with Microsoft Exchange and integrates through Retriever but there is also an integration through Zapier directly with Redtail without going through Outlook. Other options are Calendly and TimeTrade. Some are free, others come with a minor cost (ScheduleOnce is ~$12/month).
