    I can understand the issue of adding information to completed activities but could we be allowed to add a contact to a completed activity without having to uncomplete the activity first? It would be helpful to add the spouse that may have been missed. The notes would not have changed, this would just link the activity to the missing contact too.

    I think the reason you can only see 3 weeks is each day expands with the number of activities listed.

    I reached out to Companion Link regarding this issue again - they sync with a number of CRM's - some web based (see my earlier comment below). Here is the email and reply, hopefully this gets some traction.

    We have a number of paid projects that have taken priority. We would like to engage Redtail in a development project. Our concern right now is ROI on the resources needed to do the project.

    Quick update to my previous post - I received the following email from CompanionLink regarding this issue:

    Hi,
    Thank you for writing to us. We are working with Redtail to figure out a way to do direct sync with smartphones and tablets. We should have a solution by August. Please follow/like us on Twitter and Facebook for the latest updates. We will announce it there first.

    I use Companion Link to sync from Outlook to my smartphone. Companion Link works with Salesforce and Sugar CRM, I believe these are both web based CRMs. If they can sync with those (and Redtail can sync with ical) perhaps an integration with them should be investigated.
