Currently on the overview page it lists notes as most recent as well as on the notes page in the clients profile. I understand you can add comments to existing notes but it would be nice to add comments/notes to existing ones and see them at the top of the feed. The most recently added note showing with a drop down or expansion of the previously linked notes so you can see a flow of notes/update rather than creating a workflow for everything. Right now if you add a comment to a note and want to update or add information you would have to go search for the original note hidden under many others or delete the old one and add a completely new note including all of the information. Being able to link notes would be great because you'd be able to see all relevant details and previous work/updates.
