   People use Redtail, in some cases, as an alternative to Microsoft Outlook. Why is it that in 2013 Redtail still relies on Outlook, Retriever and Zimbra Connector in order to sync mail, contact, and calendar data to mobile devices? Why on earth are CRM and mail users not able to access their mail, contacts, and calendars in a single, seamless experience, that doesn't require three pieces of software and a Windows PC to operate?
