An error occurred while saving the comment Leo O'Connor Jr commentedWe are just starting a tracking using UDFs on the contact level and using the annual review field but instead of putting down the first review, we put the date of the latest review instead. It would be nice to know that info under the KYC part of the home page. Also could do with a review calendar where it has 12 squares, one for each month, and then shows you based on the KYC field when each one is due for an appointment (and possibly showing the same client 4 times if they have quarterly meetings)

In the Banking Section of Know Your Client, please add a field to list the Name of the Bank Account.

Maybe the popup is a choice to enable (or maybe that'd help them record the change better on the timeline)

I need this! I use former client in the status for most people but when a client dies they are deceased in status and the category continues to denote they have open accounts until their accounts are closed, in which case I put their category as a former client. Now I am missing a workflow triggering for former clients if they happen to be deceased because you are stingy with the automation triggers.
