    I want to add some automation for various things like when a new contact is entered (style sheet), or when a prospect in particular is entered, or when a certain status is changed to another status, like prospect to client, or client to former client, or client to deceased. Those all should be things to trigger certain automations. I don't just want an automation when i mark a contact deceased because it could be for a local CPA or just a new client's deceased spouse (whose inheritance we are dealing with) that we just want to keep track of.

    Let us be able to minimize certain boxes by default so the insurance ones can always be minimized until they become relevant.

    I agree. One place to see all of my notifications easily. Then let me filter by ones that trigger because of your setting or that trigger because someone was specifically drawing your attention to something.

    I just tried using a note to notify someone in the office about a phone message they received while they were out. There was no way to go directly to the note. By chance from the today view she went to notes where it was on top but if the note was for someone on vacation for a week it would be buried.

    The whole workflows, automations system could use some updates. Like the fact that workflows can't trigger activities (that show up under the today view easily).

    Other ideas:
    1. When Client Review is marked completed and it has no linked notes, trigger workflow/another activity/or reminder that tells advisor to make notes about the meeting.
    2.When an activity with a certain category/type combination is due (or completed) let it either trigger a workflow.
    3. Let end of one workflow be able to trigger a new workflow. Finished annual review workflow for this year so lets trigger the next which then will set it up for met o schedule the next meeting automatically.
    4. When an account gets added, if it is an account type (that i can specify) that needs an RMD, let it trigger an RMD workflow
    5. When a client hits 70 1/2 let it be able to start a worlfow and/or put certain RMD keywords in on their contact.

    Automation Ideas

    For client review. If the first review date is 1/1/16 and they are annually I would like a list of the review dates as they are passed by so we can input whether they are completed (and if so when) as well as if we failed to do the review, or if we have it scheduled at least. (Being able to customize which action type/category combinations triggered this completion and moved out the date would fix it [also adding a failed/canceled] option to an activity Then I could look up what reviews are due and not yet scheduled or done.
