Link Multiple Folders to One Contact
As it stands, you can only select one folder to link with each specific client. Please add the ability to select multiple folders.

Our Imaging is set up with 2 different libraries: one for RIA Clients and the other for retirement plans. We did it this way for quicker auditing. A substantial number of our clients are BOTH RIA clients AND retirement plan participants. Currently, I can not link those with dual accounts without creating a second entry in the CRM . I would like to see REDTAIL allow clients have multiple record links as long as they are in different libraries. Then, while meeting with the client ALL documents can be pulled up in Imaging vs toggling between listings in the CRM.

Be able to link a contact to more than one imaging folder so if the children have a separate folder but do not need their own contact card it can be linked to a parents contact card along with that parents imaging file too.
