  1. Speak Phone Numbers

    Each user needs their own phone number. Separate advisors cannot have conversations with the same client simultaneously without joining in each others conversations or asking someone to end their conversation with Client A so that they can initiate their own conversation.
    Also ending conversations with clients means that the client can no longer initiate texting with that advisor.
    Clients should be able to always initiate texts with us and our invitation to text should be a one-time thing.

    Each user needs their own phone number. If one of our advisors has a conversation going with a client and another advisor wants to text that same client, the only option he has is to join the existing conversation with the client and first advisor. Or he has to ask the advisor to end his conversation so that he can start his own which is so inconvenient.   3. Workflow trigger by automation from outside RT doesnt link contact

    This used to work. I have Zapier create activities that trigger workflows thru automations. Those workflows USED TO BE linked to the contact automatically. Since the API upgrade this is no longer the case.

    Support says "This is because Automations are triggered by manual actions taken by the user. Items would require an additional 'touch' if created by an outside entity electronically such as Zapier"

    Old change logs show this was an issue with the old API and was resolved, this should be simple to fix with the new one. Please address as it kind of defeats the purpose of…

  4. Improved message organization for clients

    It would be very beneficial to see all clients who have either accepted or received a Redtail Speak invitation. As of now, only clients with a new notification are shown in Speak. This makes it difficult to see clients who have been invited but have yet to join. As previously stated, sorting messages by newest first like other platforms would make usage so much easier!

  5. international numbers for speak

    Would like to be able to use Speak for clients that are located internationally with International phone numbers. Disappointed that it can not be currently used for these clients.

  6. Speak - Ability to connect as a Team in contact speak rooms rather than only individuals

    The ability/option to choose to join a Speak chat as an individual user or a team, so that the entire team can talk to a contact without needing to add each person separately and spamming the text with things like John Doe has joined this chat group.
    Our current problem is that we don't want to spam the client with text messages from multiple employees joining a chat group however if the main person who texts contacts is out of the office, other people in the office have no way to know when a contact messages us.

  7. Speak phone numbers for each user & Live Chat feature for website

    There needs to be an assigned phone number for each user because we have adviser's all over the country that want a number in their area code.
    Also, make a Live Chat feature that we could add to our website that would allow clients to start a text conversation right from the website that would transition to their phone once they fill out the necessary info to initiate the conversation.

  8. It would be very useful to be able to message a team of users

    Speak: It would be very useful to be able to message a team of users or multiple users in one chat. Not the feature now of a public channel that is has to be created and one join, but simply be able to message more than one person at a time. We'd love to see it function akin to iMessaging.

  9. Please add the ability to turn on "out of office" text to clients.

    We are concerned clients might text on a weekend or in the evening and expect a response, so we would like the ability to have a automatic message sent to all incoming texts that we can have a message that to tell the client when they can expect a response.

    It would be nice to assign yourself a status like away from my desk, out to lunch, do not disturb or maybe even leave an area to write in your own status.

  12. Speak Notification needs a sound or blinking favicon

    Add a sound to the Speak notifications or maybe a blinking Favicon when at a computer, otherwise it's not much of a notification.I need something to catch my attention.

  13. ability to text message multiple clients from CRM

    for times when email won't reach everyone quickly or at all due to spam filters, it would be great to be able to text multiple clients from the CRM. we have this feature on our soccer database at www.gotsoccer.com and it makes it easy to send emails and texts
