Be able to Share imaged documents in Imaging and the CRM by a shared link or send by email. For example share with an accountant or attorney or client.

Hello- Did you ever determine if this is possible? We are in a similar situation.

The rest of our organization (8000+ employees) uses Hyland Onbase for document storage. Our practice has made the switch to Imaging because it is much faster, intuitive, etc.. However, we miss being able to share documents automatically without having to download and email.

Another idea is to add a "Send secure email with attachments" feature to Imaging.

I'D PREFER TO HAVE THE CLIENT PORTAL OPTION, SINCE EMAIL IS UNSECURE AND EVERYTHING IN IMAGING PROBABLY HAS PERSONAL INFO OF SOME SORT ON IT. I'D SUGGET VOTING ON THE CLIENT PORTAL OPTION INSTEAD, WHICH CAN BE FOUND AT THE LINK BELOW. THE MORE VOTES THE BETTER CHANCE THIS HAS.
