INDEXING ENHANCEMENTS - 2 improvements on current feature
a. When managing/creating indexes, users currently have the ability to select "True/False", "Yes/No", List, or Text Field. 2 powerful index categories are 'EFFECTIVE DATE' and 'EXPIRATION DATE' but the appropriate data type is not available as an option. This will create a control where users can only enter the date information in a standardized format.
b. Embed 1 pre-defined index called "DOCUMENT CATEGORY" that users can customize with up to one level of "SUB-CATEGORY" for each entry in the main category.
Perhaps this these standardized indexes leads to enhancing the CRM's Contact Overview page by facilitating the inclusion of a section that shows the documents imaged to that contact. (Document Categories, Effective/Expiration Dates, etc.)
This suggestion is either not possible or not planned at the current time. Technology changes all the time though!
