Increased RedTail Imaging Storage Display
Our business has recently closed in on 10GB worth of data on RedTail Imaging. I asked for our capacity to be increased to 20GB and was told it was added to our bill. While we do have the extra storage now, it is NOT reflected on the data chart in RedTail Imaging. I've asked two reps now why has it not been updated and their response is quite disappointing as it is simply "not available" in the system. How does a technology company not have something that basic? So now How am I to know when our storage capacity is running low? It seems unacceptable to be perfectly honest. Surely, there is something that be done on the back-end. If the website can keep track of how much data is being used and how much remains, surely it can be updated to reflect the new amount of storage that we are paying for.
