  4. Segregate clients, prospects and business contacts

    It would be very beneficial to default to client list without having to jumble between clients, prospects and business contacts.
    Would it make it sense to have a drop down on the main contact screen to choose which contacts the advisor wants to view?
    Why scroll through 500 contacts when you may only have 100 clients and the rest jumble the list? Most advisors are focusing on contacts 90% of the time but that other 10% is when they would use a drop down to select a prospect or business contact.

  5. Email Templates by Roles/Folders

    It would be nice to send email templates that are broken up into different folders ie., Sales Folder, Customer Service Folder, Operations Folder.

    This way each role could find their email templates much easier rather than having to view every single email template in the system.

  6. Giving Broadcast Email Within CRM More Functionality

    I would like to be able to change fonts, use special characters or just post a picture so the broadcast email in the CRM mirrors what the client will see.

  8. In the "Payment Info" section, would like to see options other than Monthly payments. Like, Quarterly or annual.

    Some clients take quarterly or annual withdrawals. The option in the current Payment Info sections is "Withdrawals - Monthly". Can quarterly and annual options be added, or take the word Monthly out.

  9. More Integration Options with Automated Meeting Reminder Platforms

    Fully integrate with more than one platform for automated meeting reminders. Right now you only offer integration with Appointment Reminder. Appointment Reminder is not a great product and is very frustrating to work with. It would be great to have some options with better platforms (Apptoto for example)....

  10. Hold Time

    Rather than waiting on hold for however many minutes before a tech support associate comes online (today 12 minutes) have your system allow the caller to leave a call back number that will be answered in the same order it was received without having to remain on hold.
    Just a thought.

  12. Viewing either linked notes or linked documents on completed activities

    After an activity is completed, you should be able to see either linked notes or linked documents on the completed activity without going into the activity or having the note in a different "box." Anything relating to that activity should be easily viewed within the box, even if it has a paper clip or a pdf icon on the summary screen indicating that there is either linked notes or a linked document.

  13. add social media to confidential personal profile form

    We print the Confidential Personal Profile form for every client meeting and put on a clipboard for them to look at it in our lobby. Can you add their social media links or have spaces for them to put them in? How about their CPA and Atty on the same form or a space to provide??

    How about client since date on this form?? People like seeing hopw long they have been with us.

  15. It would be nice to have a way to record notes that aren't tied to a specific contact.

  16. Create a new item called Lists

    Create a new type of "task" called Lists that would show up in the left side menu (and dashboard). Could be used to make various lists of clients that all need to be tracked in a similar fashion. It is a pre-activity step. Our advisors would like this so they can keep it separate from activities. Example: list of clients whose accounts need to be re-allocated according to market prices. Not something that can be scheduled.

  17. clone event by picking all dates needed versus "reoccurring"

    I would like the option to clone something to a bunch of different dates by picking those dates on a popup calendar instead of having to save and clone multiple times because the event is not in a pattern/reoccurring sequence. It would clone all information including time, but add it to each of the dates selected on the calendar.

    When clicking "Documents" on a client, can we add the ability to make the default 'Document view' be ShareFile Documents for the entire database?
    This would be selectable in Preferences->Contact Record->Default Document View.

  20. Report option for only open account

    Allow the "Reports" section of Redtail to incorporate a toggle for including ONLY OPEN ACCOUNTS, ONLY CLOSED ACCOUNTS OR BOTH.

    Presently you cannot "filter" a Redtail Report for just "Open" accounts. You have create a customer export to excel, then adjust the excel to exclude closed accounts.
