new field on client record
We are a pet friendly firm using a pet friendly CRM (Redtail) and we have a LOT of pet friendly clients... We would LOVE to have a field to enter those clients pets and their names for easy reference when speaking to our clients!

Please cut Phone Support wait times.
Wait time is typically well over 30 minutes. The big C crisis has subsided greatly and hopefully you can now hire more people and put emphasis on client experience.

Simplify and Improve "Householded" Visual Representations, Screens and Reports
The limitations of Redtail's ALL BY ALPHA method of displaying "Contacts" is very non-useful when needing to view "Householded Contacts" and "Householded Account" data.
We can certainly create various Quicklists to sort for and display our various categories of clients (A, AA, AAA-1, AAA-2, etc.), but there is no way to click a few buttons and get a display of ALPHA Head of Households, with the spouse <sometimes male, sometimes female, sometimes same gender> SIMPLY INDENTED BELOW the head of Household. That would be SO simple and SO helpful, and so OFTEN utilized!
There's got to be a simple, straightforward…

Indent members of family/Household
Using this sort for a Quicklist, it sure would be an improvement if all those listed under/after the Head of Household were simply indented by 3 or 4 spaces . . . so much more visually effective:

Delete or Hide Read Messages in Redtail Speak
We really need a way to mark interoffice Redtail Speak messages as "Read" or "Completed" or delete them or hide them once we have read that message.

We really need a way to hide or delete or mark as complete interoffice messages sent through Redtail Speak. Even client messages would be helpful to mark that they have been dealt with in some way.

Activities tab sort by contacts please go back to Last Name
Activities tab sort by contacts please go back to sorting by "Last Name" with the contact tab. No one in the business world sorts by first name of clients. This just changed yesterday 4/27/2022.

Share a contact profile with another person if they have joint work together
It would be great to be able to share a contact profile with another person if they have joint work together to eliminate calling, texting, emails to get notes or policy info, etc.

Create a second value for AUM based on account type. Total value for a specific asset type or category to display on the main today page.
Create a radio button or check box in the edit account field that designates an asset as "fee based" or "managed money", to separate commission based assets on the books from fee based assets on the books. This makes it easier to see the total AUM (fee based) for a quick view of those assets that are generating a fee based compensation.

Allow us to make bulk changes through EDI wtih Contact ID, ourselves.

Track Who "Booked" the Client on Contact Card
We track who initially booked and scheduled prospects through Opportunities, and we also track go forward. Can we add a line on the contact card, so that we can see this front of view vs having to click into the OT?

Filter search criteria in Advanced Search
You need to either make the "dropdowns" have check off multiple selections OR if I have to use the AND/OR, be able to copy and paste what is already there so that I don't have to go through the dropdowns 6x over.

Set up different categories for activities
We want to be able to run a separate list to house a specific list of Category types and filter out the others. For example, we have a staff member who has both marketing related tasks and new business related tasks. We want to be able to have her run two separate lists so she can separate out marketing tasks and new business tasks. Only function I see is to sort alphabetically

Retirement account rollover documentation
It would be nice to have an area on the account page where we could document that we have completed the documentation for a retirement account rollover recommendation and link it to multiple accounts.

In an appointment there should be a hyperlink for the phone number so you can just hit it and it will dial. Other calendars have it.
In all of the other calendars we have used, when you add a phone number to the appointment, you can just click on it and it will dial.

Weekly Email Reminder
Have Redtail on a weekly basis a list of the Reminders found on the Today page. That way the advisor knows to reach out to the client whether something business specific or simply to say happy birthday.

Delete Warning
Please consider adding a WARNING pop-up window with "confirm action" related to deleting contacts or accounts!
Example: while recently experimenting with TAG GROUPS, I created a test group and added a client.
Clicking then, on View Members, He was there, and I thought great. Except he was a test member. Wanting to remove him from the Tag Group, from the list view I then clicked on the down arrow in front of his name and scrolled down to DELETE (which I would have assumed meant FROM THE LIST)
