notify and save
It would be nice to have both the option to save an update to an activity without notifying other users and also have the option to save and activity and notify other users. Automatic notifications every time the activity is updated creates a lot of unnecessary emails, but I wouldn't want to lose the notifying functionality.

"Linked Contact" should be required field in "Activities"
"Linked Contact" should be a required item in Activities. Currently, "Subject" is the only required field. We are experiencing problems with meetings being scheduled with no linked contact. Thank you.

Workflows - UNDO - this is NOT answered yet.
There is the option on Tasks to "complete" or "un-complete". This needs to be available for Steps as well as Tasks.
The answer given previously was "make it an outcome", which doesn't suit the need, and is extremely labor intensive. We just want to be able to fix a mistake - you clicked it was done, but it isn't - open it back up.42 votesMore information is needed internally before a decision can be made. Add Future activities or To Do List for next client meeting that isn't tied to a date.
I'd like to list things to be done for a client the next time we see them that isn't necessarily tied to a date. I'm constantly bumping dates for activities for clients who don't respond. It would be nice to just have a list we can look at quickly without sorting through Activities or Notes.

Workflow in main Notes Realtime NOT once Workflow is done
It would be extremely helpful to have the Workflow notes appear in the main contact notes, on real time, once each task is complete. Therefore all notes for the client are consolidated in one place not separate areas. Currently, as is is NOT efficient! Even with the workflow summary notes you only have them once the workflow is done not while its going

Add a fund number column to the account assets
The existing columns are Asset Name, Symbol (Ticker), Shares, Price, and balance. Could you add a fund number column too. Lots of paperwork needs the fund number and ticker and it would be nice to have it in one spot in RedTail.

Email Template - Image with hyperlink.
I created our Christmas Invite as a PDF image that has a "click here to RSVP" section. I wanted to blast the invite via RedTail, but I am not able to embed the PDF with the hyperlink into the email templates. This would be a great feature to add to RedTail Email Templates. Thanks!

All Inclusive To Do List, both Workflows and Activities on Today page.
Please create a uniform task/activitiy to do list composed of both activities and workflow steps for that day that can be sorted by priority or importance.

in opportunity, show contact info when hovering over their linked name
When on an individual opportunity allow the client's contact info to pop up when you hover over the name. Just like in an activity.

Online or web link New Client/Prospect Data Gathering
It would be great to have a link that is linked to our Redtail CRM where we can email that link to the new client. Client clicks on the link and is able to enter all information requested. This will be a HUGE TIME SAVER. Plus, we can collect all information from client instead of us calling client to gather information needed, to then realize that there is information missing. Also, we can add the link on to our website where new clients and prospects can go and fill out all the information needed.

Have a demo mode available when using RT account for quick instructions when creating workflows/activity templates/ automation, etc.
Have a demo mode available to activate in RT that gives pop-up quick instructions when setting up workflows/activity templates/ automation, etc. Kind of like that old Word talking paperclip but not as annoying.

Junxure Time Stamp
Within an Open Activity, there will be a sequence of notes, most recent on top, of what is being done with that particular activity. Junxure offered CTRL J which equaled (sample) "10/9/19 BMW 1:00 PM", it was great. I have offered this suggestion in Request #626395 8/21/17 and #695898 1/3/18.

religious preference
We should have a religious preference field in the contact record near the dob, marital anniversary areas, so that we could manage holiday mailings and respect holidays for clients.
