  2. Add activities to left menu bar

    Separate appointments (or events) from activities. Task activities don't belong on the calendar and take up too much space at the top of the calendar. A separate activities section that lists lists all tasks like Outlook is desperately needed.

  3. Show "Partner to" under Contact Name when Marital Status is set to "Life Partner"

    Currently, after a household/family is created, the contact record shows "Married to {spouse name}" under the contact's name whether the Marital Status is set to "Married" or "Life Partner". It would be great to see this say "Partner to {partner name}" when the Marital Status is set to "Life Partner".

  4. ability to delete emails

    We would like the ability to delete emails from the client record. There are non-business emails as well as confidential emails to management that should not be available for others to view. We have an employee who is also a client and all their emails are visible in redtail and should not.

  5. Allow users to set whether a custom activity is either an appointment or task

    We created a new activity category that is basically a special kind of task. Unfortunately, Retriever identifies all custom activities as appointments, so now these tasks are syncing with advisors calendars, where we don't want them. Please allow users to program whether a new activity category is an appointment or a task, to allow us greater calendar customization without flooding outlook calendars with clutter.

  6. personal profile form w/ UDF's

    It would be great to be able to have User Defined Fields available to print on the Profile Forms. We really like to get some additional information from our clients.

  7. quick close accounts

    When viewing a contact's accounts there should be an option in the drop down that allows us to close accounts that currently show as open.

  8. Custom Export from Reports

    I would like to be able to custom export from the accounts by contact report and other reports so I can get the information I want for the items in the report from the applied filters.

    for example, in the current report, I cannot filter by or export the issue date

    and if I use the search, then ALL accounts export and I do not want that- I only want accounts of a certain Type and status in the results.

  9. UDF

    The 7/1/19 update changing the .pdf report printing to landscape vs portrait does not work for us at all! Plus on the UDF report we lost all the spacing and line breaks we carefully entered trying to make the report more readable. PLEASE give us the option on the orientation of reports and replace the spacing.

  10. Citrix Sharefile File Explorer Link

    You have a citrix integration, this is kind of useless as it requires the downloading and uploading of files to use them. Please integrate a button that would "open the windows file explorer location" of the files (assuming citrix files or sharefile sync are installed on the local machine)

    Ive tried to figure out how to put the direct folder location as a website link in the client contact card but am unable to make it work.

  12. mobile app MFA

    We just set up MFA on the web application but then when signing on to the mobile (iPhone) app we were not prompted for MFA.. this should be implemented.

  13. Review Date Import

    Please add the functionality to import every detail (not just First Review Date as it is currently) of Client Review Dates from a spreadsheet with columns for:

    First Review Date
    Repeats Dropdown Options (never, daily, etc.)
    Repeats every X years
    Repeats yearly on (checkbox yes/no)
    on 1st/2nd/3rd/4th/last
    {Day of Week}
    Each {Month}
    Repeat Ends Dropdown Options

    This import would be much, much more convenient than adding these details one by one manually to each contact.

  15. Client Detail Section: need "Add'l Info"" line to list client meeting preferences as multiple office staff schedule but not aware of prefs

    Several people in our office schedule meetings when a client calls, but not all of us are aware of the client preferences. So sometimes a meeting will get scheduled for the office when the client is an in home meeting. Or times of the day: specific clients need either afternoon or morning or Friday etc etc appointments. Or a group of clients live 2 hours away and need to be scheduled for the same day to decrease the driving time of the adviser going to them. If we had a place to add this info scheduling errors would minimize

  17. Customize the back ground of Each Days Focus / Free / & Buffer (Color System)

    Being able to customize the Days of the weeks with Colors. So We Use Buffer Days (Blue), Focus Days (yellow), & Free Days (Purple). So this tell me that Okay Monday & Fridays are Buffer days which will be a light shaded Light blue thats for planning ect. (so New Employees know Hey this is blue or whatever color I can't set apts. here)!

    Well Tuesday - Thursday we decide to have them Focus Days so they can be shaded Yellow. This tells the admin. in the office that is working Anther Advisors Calendar that you can place Apt. on…

  20. dark mode

    Dark Mode!

    Having Dark Mode makes looking at the Computer Screen a lot easier on the eyes, especially since we use RedTail throughout the day. As Cell Phones, Email, and others have started to adopt this feature, I believe RedTail should give their users the option to do so.
