Establishment Date (Trust/Business/Associations ect)
It would be very productive if we could have the establishment date field in the contact details section for entities. Usually on account paperwork the establishment date is required so having this information in the contact card just as it for birthdays would be very beneficial for entity clients.

Please fix past due tasks to show on contact page again (Twelve month window).
Please return default range for open tasks to last six months and next six months. The new "Open Activities for Next 30 Days" is frustrating.
First, the goal of the CRM is to quickly see what is going on with the client. If I just met with the client and didn't complete the meeting notes and tasks, there is no indication there is recent activity on the contact page. (i.e. looks like nothing is going on, and the client was just in the office yesterday.)
Second, Clicking on PAST DUE activities on the top of the contact page DOES NOT…

Quickbooks
This would allow for advisors to be more efficient because there would not be a double entry of client data. Currently, as it stands, to send an invoice to a client out of quickbooks, one has to put in client info such as name and address. This has already been imputed into redtail so the double work entry would be eliminated.

Save an Email Template directly from Broadcast Email drafting window
If you create a Broadcast Email without first going through Email Templates, you have to re-create all of your work if you accidentally click away from the drafting window or need to change the recipients. Since there is no "Save Draft" option in Broadcast Emails, please allow users to at least save their work from the drafting window as a template for later editing and re-use.

Calendar User Display
I'd like to be able to view MY All Day Activities at the top of the calendar while simultaneously viewing ALL Users scheduled activities.
I don't need to see everyone else's All Day events BUT I do need to see everyone's scheduled meetings. I'm constantly having to toggle between viewing Only Myself & Everyone.
Please make the viewing preferences independent of each other. All Day vs Scheduled calendar views.

Family name on Contacts A-Z page
Have the "Family Name" appear below the client contact name on the Contacts A-Z screen. You currently can see the client's employer name on that screen directly under the contact record name. It would be nice to see the "family name" associated with that contact so you can see all the "John and Mary Smith's" in that family from that screen.

Link email to notes/activities
We already have the option to link accounts, contacts, and notes to activities. It would be nice to be able to link client email's to a note or activity to link information/completion of tasks.

Contact by duplicate name report should consider middle name & suffix
This report needs to take middle name and suffx into account. "John A. Smith" and "John W. Smith Jr" really shouldn't be considered duplicate records.

Notes Report
It would be helpful if we could print the Notes Report for a specific account for a client. Ex. If a client wants to talk about their IRA, we have to print a Note Report that includes all notes for all accounts, which requires us to search through the report to highlight the notes for the IRA if the client has multiple accounts.

Contact by state report includes work address
The contact report of Contacts by State is including home and work addresses. So clients can be listed twice if they work in a different state. It would be better for this report to pull the primary address - which would be the state of residence for tax and licensing purposes.

unlinked accounts notification
We would like a notification/alert somewhere on the Today's Overview page that there are unlinked accounts. We shouldn't have to take the extra step of clicking into the accounts tab to find out if we have new unlinked accounts. We do this several times a day when we're looking for new accounts... it's an unnecessary step.
Please consider making a change to the word "accounts" at the top of the today's overview page when new unlinked accounts are present. Maybe it could be bolded or change color. Something to signify that there is a reason to click into this tab.

RedTail API integration with Charles Schwab
We would like to see a direct auto feed integration between Redtail and Charles Schwab through API, which means that you would not need Portfolio Center in order to auto link accounts into Redtail. We would like to see account values, holdings, primary addresses, emails, phone numbers, date of births, etc. automatically link into the Redtail contact and account details. It would also be great if these fields would update automatically in Redtail based upon changes made at Charles Schwab.

link phone numbers from email to CRM
add a feature to link phone numbers from email to CRM. Our email is linked up to our phone so when someone calls in and leaves a message we are able to retrieve this from email. it would be nice to have the phone number linked to CRM just like email addresses.

Add a "Call History" log similar to "Email History"
Add a log for phone calls that can have an associated client, sound (call recording) file, description, and time and date. It would be nice to have this set up on the contact overview page so that an overly filtered report or search wouldn't need to be done every time. This would be especially useful to have on hand when a client calls so that no matter which team member or employee answers, they can quickly and efficiently see all phone communication with the client.

Update Repeat Options for Recurring Activities
Standard repeat options are missing.
For REPEATS MONTHLY, specifically when you choose "Repeats Monthly ON" you are given the choices of FIRST SECOND THIRD FOURTH LAST and the days of the week. In addition to the days of the week, you should also have the option of DAY and WEEKDAY. Which would allow you to setup these types of repeating schedules; FIRST DAY OF THE MONTH, FIRST WEEKDAY OF THE MONTH, LAST DAY OF THE MONTH, LAST WEEKDAY OF THE MONTH.
For REPEATS YEARLY, you should have the same options.

Create Followup Opportunities from Notes

I would like to see an advanced search feature to show if the client review update frequency or client review date IS EMPTY or IS NOT EMPTY.
