  1. Allow Adding Members to Team During Setup

    Currently, it is not intuitive to add members to a team. I think that the best user experience would be to allow team members to be added at the same time the new team is being created and in the same area where the team name/title is updated as opposed to a completely separate area.

  2. global search

    Global search needed. Your competitors offer it and it does not affect performance. We should be able to toggle from Contact to Global so it doesn't use massive resources all the time.

  3. SHOW BENEFICIARY INFO IN CUSTOM REPORTS

    YOU'D THINK YOU'D BE ABLE TO RUN A CUSTOM REPORT WITH BENE'S LISTED FOR LIFE, IRA POLICIES. The fact that you don't have this option amazes me

  4. Search Notes by linked account number

    Redtail allows multiple account numbers in Notes' account number field. It would be useful to be able to use that linked field when using the Search box when in a contact's notes view. Right now that Notes search function only looks in the note's text field. It would improve functionality and usefulness if the Notes search box also looked in the linked account field.

  5. Note Category - Ability to select more than one category for a note

    We would like the ability to select more than one Category for Notes. It is really common for us to take notes from a client meeting that covered several different topics or Categories. For example, the category might include a category called "Regular Progress Update" and the client might have requested a wire transfer so we would also have a category called "Money Movement" or "Wire Transfer".

  7. Client's name at the very top of all notes, tasks, activities

    The client's name should appear in BOLD at the top of all work pages. i.e. at the top of all notes, tasks, reports, activities, etc.
    Now you have to look up, down, and sideways to find the client identification. Also, tasks should be "assigned to" and not "attending".

    "Attending" makes no sense.

  8. Pop up box that asks you if you want to proceed if you don't hit save button on workflow

    Pop up box that asks you if you want to proceed if you don't hit save button on activity/workflow.

    Sometimes we click out of the pop up box before we hit the save and all the work is lost.

    If there could be a notification box that asks you to proceed, that would be best.

  9. @mention for Note User Notification in Alerts Bell

    While notes do allow for email notifications to users, a CRM notification that would appear at the top of the bag by the bell would be much more useful. This would reduce steps (opening email, clicking on a link that requires an additional login), and would work better with integrations.

    We currently use the jive integration to log client calls, but there is no way to link a user from there.

    It sounds childish to request, but something along the lines of an "@" feature would be perfect.

  10. Cost Basis Reporting

    It would be extremely helpful to have per holding cost basis information for client accounts.

  11. Automation upon lead created

    For web to lead creation, we would love to see an automation triggered upon lead creation. This would maybe allow us to automatically respond via email, or at least provide a timely, "hello" to those who find us on the web.

  12. Retired next to previous occupation

    Make a way to add if a client is retired while still having their previous occupation listed. Maybe a checkbox or parenthesis next to the occupation at the top of the client page or in the contact details.

  13. Calandar: Monthly View "At a Glance"

    When looking at the calendar view (monthly), it would be beneficial to be able to view the entire month "at a glance" opposed to just the current 3 weeks. As it stands, you have to scroll down to see the 4th (or 5th) week. There is plenty of real estate on that page and you should be able to see the entire month.

    Also, it would be nice to have the ability to group Saturday and Sunday next to each other in the weekly and monthly views as opposed to having the weekends broken up on both sides of the…

  14. Create a Report for Daily Actions in Tailwag

    Please create a report that can be filtered, by user and attendees, to show a consolidated list of actions (notes, activities, workflows) adjusted, completed, created, or assigned for the day. This would allow for a snap-shot of the days work in Tailwag that I did. Reducing the need for multiple individual emails to attendees, regarding all the items I processed in a day.

    Pertinent information would be: User, Attendees, Contacts, type of action (activity, workflow, note, etc.), Nature of action (created completed, updated, assigned), Date, Subject, and any other suggestions people have to make this a true snap-shot.

  15. Custom Account Types

    When updating Account Types in the User Preferences section, we are able to add new account types such as "SAB Managed Account", which are typically brokerage account types.

    The default investment options that are tracked list the account like it is an insurance policy type, with "modal Premium" and "Annual Premium" versus "One Time Investment" and "Regular Investment"

    Is there any way to have functionality to sub-set a brand new Custom Account Type as a brokerage investment account like this versus an insurance policy type account?

  16. Need a spot to add beneficiary info without creating beneficiary as a contact.

    I want to add client beneficiary information without having the beneficiary as a contact in the CRM. Include a section in "Know Your Client" to add beneficiary name, DOB, SS#, address, etc.

  17. Activity Privacy Options- change default from Everyone or allow users to change default

    The new Activity Privacy Option defaults to Everyone. Few if any databases are going to want Everyone to see activities or to see colored blocks on their calendar marked Private. That means thousands and thousands of changes to activity privacy display. INSTEAD, change the default to Only Attendees, OR, allow users to change their default.

  18. Make the sub-Contact lists "movable"...especially Memberships

    I am constantly going into Memberships and would like to be able to get to it a little quicker than having to go to "more" and then drop down the list. The ability to rearrange those Contact choices would be great.

  19. Tag Group and and Client Lists - Data Export and Printing Options

    Looking for a way to export (to Excel or text) and print the client list so that I can see all the Tag Groups and to which each client is assigned to. This feature would be very helpful in both current client management and new client setup. I would like to be able to look at this data in various ways and to print checklists by Tag Group and client. Thank you!

  20. Client Intake Form to email or provide tablet for clients to complete

    Would like a client Intake Form they can complete online at home and it automatically populate Redtail client info -- or at least a tablet version so the client can type in their new/updated information.
