attendees, teams and privacy options
Currently if you are an attendee of an activity and you choose a team in the privacy settings that the attendee is not a member of, the attendee cannot see the activity. An attendee should automatically be able to see and edit regardless of the privacy selections. I believe this is more of a bug than a suggested improvement.

Add "importance" symbols to editing view of activities
This would be a good visual for when you are actually in an activity and editing it, rather than viewing it in a list.

activities assigned to others report to include column for when activity completed
When running the report of activities assigned to others would like to see when the activity was completed. This way I can run a report to see when activities were completed over a specific timeframe. It would also be great if it listed the person who completed the task.

insert tool line
SUPER SIMPLE!
In the activity description field, include an option to insert a "tool line" (a horizontal line that indicates a "break" between the content above and below it. Makes it so much easier to keep it clean when we use the descriptor field to enter multiple notes over time.

Today and "Coming Up" on Mobile App
It would be extremely helpful to see more than just one activity in the "coming up" section of all activities. It would be nice to be able to see all activities that are coming up in that section.

Being able to assign a ticket number to activities/tasks that are scheduled.

Next available appointment feature
Next available appointment feature. Many of our advisors have consistent times when they meet with their clients (10:00am, 12:00pm, 2:00pm, 4:00pm). When scheduling, it would be very helpful to have a notification of the next available appointment rather than manually going through each and every week.

Reoccurring activity to occur on the first business day of the month, etc
I would like a way to have a reoccurring activity to happen on the first business day of the month, quarter, etc.

Viewing Account # on Activities Dashboard
When viewing the list of open activities it would be EXTREMELY useful if the linked account to the activity would show. Personally, the location feature is not useful to my firm. Either in place or besides that would be very convenient.
As of now, the only way to view the account linked to the activity is by clicking on the activity and opening it.

contact name in pastdue activities
When reviewing the activities pastdue, if you have more than one contact linked to the activity the report does not show a name. Because I print this in pdf format for management, I would like to request that the contact name and possibly even the phone number is included.

Show Calendar when rescheduling an Appointment, Time Block, etc
Let's face it, even the best laid plans change. Sometimes work from another client or project bleeds into your time block you allocated for something different and need to reschedule.
The only problem is, when you click to reschedule, you can change the date and time to whatever you'd like, but you can't see your calendar! It would be helpful if your calendar popped up somehow so you can choose an appropriate time for your schedule

create a way to go into the client record after completing an activity from Today page or activity list.
Sometimes after completing an activity, we need to stay in the client record. Create an option to save the activity and proceed to the client record instead of going back to the activity list.

filter categories
On the drop-down for categories on notes and activities, it would be extremely helpful if we could filter those by a specific word the same way we can filter attendees. We have hundreds of categories and to be able to type in "Distribution" and see EVERY category that contains that word would be a HUGE time saver!

show tasks, meeting etc for ALL DATES not just 30 days (FOR 5 Years you have been working on this???)

Activities tab sort by contacts please go back to Last Name
Activities tab sort by contacts please go back to sorting by "Last Name" with the contact tab. No one in the business world sorts by first name of clients. This just changed yesterday 4/27/2022.

Set up different categories for activities
We want to be able to run a separate list to house a specific list of Category types and filter out the others. For example, we have a staff member who has both marketing related tasks and new business related tasks. We want to be able to have her run two separate lists so she can separate out marketing tasks and new business tasks. Only function I see is to sort alphabetically
