Ability to enter a Target Date independent of Start Date
Perhaps this is already done but I can't figure it out. The situation is as follows; scheduling clients for reviews in 2 months. My review prep workflow spans 4 weeks prior to that meeting. I'd like to set the Target Date the date of the review. Thus clients can be entered all at once but have different start dates for their workflow based on their review dates. Savvy?

system validation that does not allow you to save a Workflow that has Outcome(s) associated to Steps that are removed (no longer exist)
When Outcomes exist that were associated to Steps that were removed, two things appear to happen; 1) on Workflows, the Outcomes just disappear without warning. and 2) on Workflow Templates, this appears to have caused the Workflow Templates to behave as follows: can't "create the workflow" from a contact record and when the workflow template is selected and fired by an automation, the workflow does not start at the first step. System validation should be put in place to notify and/or prevent saving of Workflows and Workflow Templates that have Outcome(s) associated to Steps that are being removed (no longer…

Make a workflow step's due date relative to previous step's completion
Instead of scheduling a task's due date relative to the workflow's due date, we would like to be able to schedule it relative to when the previous step was completed. For example, have step one due a day after the workflow is made, and step two due one week after step one was completed.
In addition, workflow tasks should remain on your "today" page from the day they are due until the day they are marked complete. That way if you are not in the office, or unable to do it on the day it is due, you won't forget…

Workflow Tasks Assigned to Business Day
Allow the calculation of workflow days to be done by business days. Currently we have activities occurring 14 consecutive days but skipping the weekend. So it then pushes multiple days onto Monday instead of skipping the weekend all together. It is a logical flaw in the way workflows work.

Workflows Page - Add Percent Complete Column to Main Dashboard
You cannot see the percent complete field in the main workflows dashboard. You can see it once you click into each individual workflow. Can we have the percent complete column added to the main dashboard screen. Can you add all columns and have an ability to choose your columns view similar to the way you can select certain columns on the contacts overview.

Workflow bulk actions for date changes
It would be great to be able to pull up (your) workflows and bulk-action them to a (same) date.....instead of individually moving each one forward/to another date each day. Thanks, Team RedTail!!!

Add Workflow Task Notes
We are currently having issues accessing the notes documented within the description box of workflow tasks. If task notes are are captured in the step notes box it can quickly become a jumbled mess. For example, we have a workflow with 2 steps and within those 2 steps are about 5 tasks all assigned to different people. Are the notes for all 5 of the different tasks assigned to different people supposed to be jumbled in a no particular order within the step notes box. workflow dashboard
During tax season when we have a ton of tax WFs and a ton of Quarterly Report WFs in addition to our normal WFs, it becomes difficult to see "how we're doing."
It would be great to have a WF dashboard that reflects how far you are with WFs and if WFs are getting stuck on one team member or step.
We end up having a separate spreadsheet for the tax WFs to let us know how we're doing at a glance. It seems like this could be built into RT.

Workflow due dates
Is there a way to create a workflow that assigns task due dates within the workflow based on the number of days from creation of workflow as opposed to number of days from target date? We have a workflow for a process that frequently has varying amounts of time from creation to target date. Assigning due dates based on number of days before target date sometimes gives me tasks that are due in the past (before creation of workflow) and sometimes the first task is due two weeks after creation of workflow.

Trigger Webhooks on Workflow Step Completion
An "Outcome" option for workflow steps should be the ability to trigger a Webhook POST http request to a custom URL. The admin should be able to customized the request so that contact and workflow fields can be included in the body of the request.

Have the ability to move workflow tasks out of order
Currently workflow tasks will not let you move forward unless completing, However, sometimes things go out of order. Having the ability to move items within the workflow will allow us to keep moving forward. Currently it just gets stuck if one task is delayed and we can't move on.

Workflow task bulk delete
Add radio buttons to the left of each workflow task so I can bulk delete a number of tasks all at once. Our meeting workflow template has every task that may need to be completed for a client meeting and inevitably some tasks need to be deleted from every workflow.

add something visual to indicate there is a note; currently the only way to know if there is a step note is to select the toggle-this is not helpful; at a glance I should be able to see if there is a note

Notes on tasks within Workflows
I know we can make Step notes when an entire step is completed. However when we have multiple people doing tasks within a step, it would be nice to have a separate field for them to put notes in regarding that particular task when it is complete. Yes I am aware there is a "description field" for a task and yes I know we can add notes there. That is work around and not a solution.

Generating the next step/task in a workflow.....
Instead of showing ALL the steps/tasks due on the calendar, a step/task should not show up on the calendar until the previous step/task is completed. Example: Step 1/Task 1 (marked completed) then the next Task 2 within the Step 1 is generated. Once all the tasks have been generated 1 at a time and completed then the Step 2 would generate. That way the calendar is not bombarded with so many tasks. This is especially helpful when so many steps/tasks are generated for a multitude of clients.

From the Today page, "Workflows Due Today" need a toggle to look at past due and future tasks, like activities have. It would also be awesome to change the assigned to like the activities have.
