Head of household contact info should auto populate to living spouse record
When a head of household dies, the living spouse becomes head of household. When I make that switch, none of the contact information carry's over to the new head of household record, so I have to re-enter. should this not be automatic?

Add "Estate" as a Contact Type
Hi, we get a good number of estate accounts. I've resorted to labeling the contact type for these accounts as Trusts, however that is not very accurate. Could Estate be added as a Contact Type? Thank you.

Life/domestic partner option in Family (in lieu of Spouse)
Add the option for life partner or domestic partner when creating a family in place of Spouse. The Other option doesn't show up in the Family on the "other" person's contact record. Utilizing memberships takes extra steps and you have to search for it by clicking More, then Memberships. Any time saved is beneficial.

I want the ability to hover my cursor over the Important Information icon that shows us the information in that icon.

written agreements review
Love the written agreements review section. Every calendar year I am required to send privacy policy notices to all of my clients. Recording this in the record is great. something that would be nice:
1. being able to generate a list of the last time I sent a PP notice to all of them
this would be great for two reasons
1. so that I can know who I am missing) at year end

primary contact
On the Contact Card can you make the primary for each category a different color or more obvious. The bold is does not stand out enough.

"Last Updated" Add to Contact Details/Card
A "last updated" section to the contact details, and contact records would be nice. That way we can see when we last updated their records for client record upkeep.

Align Household Marital Status in Contact Details with the Household
Instead of having the household ALWAYS showing a couple as married allow that field to match the marital status in contact details. There are many reasons why we have someone householded together and they may not be married. This causes confusion for staff and can lead to uncomfortable conversations when we misrepresent how two people are connected.

marital status
Deceased individuals should have no marital status. Can we add a deceased contact choice in Marital status. Unknown is not accurate. Also even when updating the survivor in a marriage its still lists surviving spouse as married even when adding widow. This also needs a fix

Reg BI
The BI Dates - appreciate the fields but needs to have some additional features and capabilities.
The Report - Fiduciary Client Summary includes this information, however this specific field is not searchable. The effective date was 7/1/2020 - having the ability to filter by date of even accounts opened would be great, but CRS date Sent and Signed is NOT searchable so you have to pull the existing report export to Excel than do a Data Sort because of all the additional fields that are imported.

Link Work Address
It would be helpful if the client's employer's address/work address would auto link/share to the contact. Or even if when you select to add a work address you get a drop down of the available locations/addresses added to the business linked to the contact as employer.

Head of Household indicated in contact main profile
Would like see to within a contact record if they are the head of household without having to go into the family name to see if the individual is the head of household. Maybe add the house icon beside the contacts name in their main record?

riskalyze
Make Riskalyze button or integration easier to show on main contact page. Now I have to click the integrations button to find the risk number and it's buried. Put it back where it was under the accounts tab or better yet, on the main screen of the individual contact.

Flag client with diminished capacity and vulnerable
We are starting to get clients with diminished capacity and would like to have a way to flag this similar to deceased or birthday banner. We want to make sure this can be identified easily for a contact.

Edit Client Record
Would like the ability when editing a client record and adding information to be able to edit it all on one screen (like when adding a new contact record). Would make it much easier rather then having to flip between the different sections that need to be updated.

Custom Time Horizons
Make the Time Horizon field under Strategic Allocation Model edit-able. Our broker/dealer requires a time frame instead of a general term like intermediate. For example, 0-3 years, 3-5 years, 5-10 years, 10+ years. Is it possible to change the available drop down selections there?

Add 'nickname' as a Zapier connected field.
I find the Zapier functionality fascinating. Please add 'nickname' as a Zapier sync-able (is that a word?) field. Thank you.
