  1. being able to customize the client profile page. Adding or deleting items that are relevant to our clients

    Would like to be able to customize the client's profile sheet to our office. We like to do a quick look at the profile to see what we have in the file or what we need in the file.

    IN THE REVIEW SECTION - IT WOULD BE NICE TO HAVE A "NOTES" SECTION. THIS COULD BE USED TO MAKE SUGGESTIONS AS TO WHICH KIND OF REVIEW. (FACE TO FACE OR PHONE ETC)

  4. AUTOMATED - At-A-Glance Client/Advisor Interaction

    I wanted to bring to your attention the functionality that Advyzon just added to their system that is very helpful. We use Advyzon as our portfolio management software and client portal, but they also have a CRM system. The CRM is not as robust as Redtail but they are beginning to show some improvements that are very impressive.

    The 2 main fields are Date Last Contacted and Date Last Client Action. Within each field are sub-fields (see below) where the system automatically updates each field based on both the client’s and the advisors interations. I could never think of this…

  5. Review Tab

    Every time I add a client review to my calendar, I have to manually change the clients Review Tab to match the new review date. It would be very helpful if the review tab would automatically change to the clients new review date when I add the apt. in the calendar.

  6. Client Review Alerts- Option for Completed

    Give the option for client review alerts to be a "Completed" item and allow them to be active for a specific time frame (a month or until I say its completed) instead of a specific date on the calendar. It is a little more time consuming to have to generate a report on pass due items. I think having more of a "client review" to do list is more applicable when you have a lot of reviews you need to setup.

  7. Add a separate box specifically for upcoming portfolio reviews

    Would be great if there was a separate box/section specific to Portfolio Reviews that would show the next upcoming 5 portfolio reviews that need to be completed. It would show the client's name and the due date. There could also be a box to the left of the client name that would allow you to "complete" the task.

    Perhaps this could be created within the "create new contact" function. So when creating a new contact, there could be a question labelled "Portfolio Review", which would have a drop down where you could select annual, semi-annual, quarterly, etc. There could also…

  8. personal profile form w/ UDF's

    It would be great to be able to have User Defined Fields available to print on the Profile Forms. We really like to get some additional information from our clients.

  9. check out Salesforce. This program is megolithic in performance.

    I want to run a report but cannot without including children in the family. This is pitiful.

  10. Preferred TYPE of review in Client Review box

    When selecting dates for client reviews, having a extra box to select a preferred type of review would be extremely helpful. This preference would also show when pulling a reminder report for client reviews so that it be offered when client is reached out.

  11. Client Review / Roadmap

    Client Review / Roadmap - Instead of only having 'client review', have the option to describe the meeting ie financial plan, investment, insurance review. The repeating / recurring option feels limited too. We can only choose yearly, monthly but if we want to see a client 2 or 3 times a year at different periods it seems we can not utilize this feature. Instead we would have to set task reminders in a different location such as the calendar itself.     The Client Review section is lacking. For compliance purposes, advisers need to track when the contact the clients for meetings. Please add the following fields in the Client Review Section:
    1. Date Last Met
    2. Date Last Contacted
    3. Preferred Meeting Place
    4. Preferred Contact Method

  14. Next Review date should not roll over

    RT Request #953669. The NEXT REVIEW field date should not roll over to next interval. It is very misleading. When you are on the fly talking to a client on the phone and you see the Next Review as some future date when in fact the 6 month interval turned over to a 12 month or 6 month interval that is a big deal.   15. A place in a client profile that allows you to include the last meeting and phone call

    Rather than having to dig through notes, activities, and files; it would be much easier if there were a place in the client profile that had the last meeting and last phone call.

  16. There needs to be a way that we can have client review reminders for each contract. We have several clients that have AR at different times

    We several clients that have different AR's during the year. If we use the Know you Client it allows you to mark it for one contract. That is not helpful for the other contracts that under the clients name.

  17. custom exports add activity category

    Please add the Activity Category Fields to the custom exports. When trying to determine a client's last review date, try as I might, I cannot find an adequate reporting option in Redtail. The "Know Your Client" first review date and frequency data is only as good as a client's "perfect attendance right on schedule." Any variation and it no longer provides the data needed.

  18. Ability to set default Reminders on Dashboard to Reviews

    Right now set to "Birthdays" but would be more useful if user can choose their option. Especially since the whole client review section is not user friendly. Only way to get up-to-date review info is to run a report

    be able to make a a report based on first client review date since the next review date changes based on the review date cycle input. I am trying to pull a review report and who has not been in in the last year.
