Client Review Reminder Changed - HELP
This area was changed with no warning!! We were able to choose the month for the review and actually choose 2-3 months at a time by clicking on the month as well as choosing the first, second, third, fourth day of the month just by clicking the day. This has been taken away and we have our whole book of business designed this way. How can this be taken away and deleted without warning. Please put this feature back or let us know of a way to do what we were able to do before. This is a major impact…

Client Review
Add Last Review date to the Client Review with an option of updating the next review date based on the Last Review Date.
(Ie. for a client, the First Review is set for January 2019. It was set to reoccurring annually; next review should have been January 2020 but did not occur until March 2020. I want the next review to now be set to reoccurring annually in March going forward.Right now, if I want to set the annual review based on the March 2020 date, I have to go in and change the First Review Date…

'Complete' Client Reviews
For an industry that is very much reliant on keeping track of bare min YEARLY client reviews, this section needs a better tech focus. I would at least appreciate if the "Client Review" reminders could be 'completed' just like an activity.

Client review dates should NOT auto change
This is, literally, the MOST IMPORTANT thing that advisors need to stay on top of for compliance purposes. In our firm, MOST reviews do not necessarily happen exactly on time. There are all sorts of reasons for this. The "next review date" should NOT CHANGE AUTOMATICALLY.
This should cycle on an annual (or quarterly, whatever is decided basis) based on a MANUALLY entered "most recent review" date. Then, I should be able to run a report so that I easily know which reviews are overdue.
This is absolutely CRITICAL. C-R-I-T-I-C-A-L.

Client review "reminder" should jive with actual dates on calendar as "activity"
Please revise "first review" as "last review" and have "next review" equal the actual activity date on categorized "review" after it is scheduled. Although seemingly automated, our firm will need to re-enter "first review" to actual scheduled review each year to remain accurate and in compliance with annual advisory meeting requirements. Please have this "reminder" based (say, 2 weeks ahead?) on actual date. Also, as below, no need for week # and day of the week. Way too much input work, and completely unnecessary. This reminder tool is currently more work than it's worth because it is inaccurate. Thanks.

Option to Automatically Generate a Next Review Date based on COMPLETION of previous Review
Allow us to set how often we want to have a review with a client and then when we complete the review, it would then trigger a reminder to set an apt at the specified time period FROM THAT DATE rather than from when you set the initial reminder.

It would be great to be able to have User Defined Fields available to print on the Profile Forms. We really like to get some additional information from our clients.

NEXT REVIEW
When setting up the Next Review feature, it seems the option to update to annually on a specific day has disappeared. (Ie. annually on the first Monday of April). I can choose a date for annual review (ie. April 15 can be scheduled for subsequent years), but not the first Monday of April.
Also, it would be nice to keep the first review (ie. April 15, 2016) and then be able to change it in subsequent years. For example, this year we weren't able to meet until June 1, 2020. Going forward, I want to change it to June 1,…

Be Able to Keep Track of Multiple Review Dates for One Client
Is there any way we can get two more slots for different reviews? We need one for Life Insurance Reviews and one for State Planning Reviews. This would be beneficially for the clients that have just insurance accounts with us, as well as State Planning accounts. This would also help for us to know which clients are only Insurance and State.

RE: Next Review Date. Please enable us to put a future date not based on any previous review date and put it back to the way it used to be.
Regarding the “Next Review Date” on a Client Review Reminder. They changed the format recently and you are no longer able to randomly choose to add a future date if it doesn’t coincide with the previous “First Review Date” which many times it does not. Please enable us to be able to put a future date in not based on any previous review date and put it back to the way it used to be so we can just go into the drop down calendar and set it for whatever future date that we choose

We miss the feature of having the option to select a recurring event happen on "the first, second, third, fourth Sunday of the month"...etc
In the past, we set up our client reviews using the recurring events option. We didn't set them up the exact DAY of the month, it's more important for our office to have them on Sunday to keep our weekday calendar clear .

FIX the "Custom" recurrence option in Client Review Reminder section
With the May 2020 update, the recurrence options in Client Review Reminder REMOVED the options that were always in this area- that is the ability to select by day and month- anywhere in a year- yet leaving the "first review date" intact in the past. I see why the new options were added (to mirror recurrence options in a task) but Client Review reminders are very different. Much more fluid and they appear on the calendar based on the day and month chosen (or rechosen over time). Please update the "CUSTOM" choice in the dropdown list to look like the…

review date
Just realized that if your first review is at the end on the month (ie 29,30 or 31st) and the next date falls on a month that does not have this day (example February of many months that only have 30 days) the review goes to the next scheduled day. So no instead of every 4 or 6 months the client isn't being reviewed until 8 months or a year. The date should at least go to the next valid calendar day not just skip it.

Clients > Project Management.
Sometimes an outcome of a client meeting is to have a rather complex project for us to complete, with many action items for our Team and other Professionals to complete on a timeline that could last months or Quarters. We don't want to have to bring in more Tech Vendors... we love RedTail and especially the ability for the whole team to view progress. Client Review Reminder by Months
I would like to be able to set up review reminders with the repeat frequency option to select by a specific month or two months, rather than a repeat a time frame.
ie: October & December - repeating in October & December

Is there a way to show only Client Reviews that relate to a certain advisor(s)? Or if not, is this something we could request via a filter of sorts? Or, even another "Calendar"? My thoughts are as we add more Advisors to the team (especially satellite team members) we may only want to see certain Client Reviews that are Advisor specific.
