Redtail Speak Delete or Hide messages
We really need a way to hide or delete or mark as complete interoffice messages sent through Redtail Speak. Even client messages would be helpful to mark that they have been dealt with in some way.

Morningstar Data Syncing With Redtail
I would like to know all the specific fields that can sync from Morningstar Office to Redtail. Or From Redtail to Morningstar Office.

local desktop version needed to reduce calendar lag time
There is a long lag time to do anything on the calendar. It really breaks the flow. It would be great if Redtail created a downloadable desktop version which would avoid these issues.

employee
It would be nice to have a status option for 'employee'. This would allow owners to put information about an employee in the system for record retention. It should still have a setting to limit who can see it.

hover over client name and show preferred contact method
When hovering over a contact it'd be good to see the preferred method of contact bolded like in the contact card so we don't have to have to click in the contact card to see what the preferred method is.

MailChimp Birthday Export
Hi,
Our office is using MailChimp. The Redtail feature to export Names/Emails is very helpful. However, we wish it sent out the birthday as well. This way we can run automated birthday emails without having to manually enter client birthdays within our Mailchimp account directly.
Can this be done?

app
App needs MAJOR improvements..... Can't scroll on calendar to see day's appts./tasks; can't assign to more than one person; app just looks old/outdated/can't keep up; newly added calendar items appear on desktop computer at different times than what I put into the app. I could go on and on. Needs overhaul!

Add a "Projects" tab
Similar to Workflows, where certain processes follow the same general flow, Projects would be an Activity that's unique like "Find new office space" or "Develop compliance procedures" for examples, where you can build a timeline and add updates or changes along the way, integrating between the calendar, any contacts, etc.

Advanced Search option needed to show entries permissioned to whom
Our office needs on the Admin level, a way to filter system wide /Advanced Search to see all the permissioned to each advisor. Currently I cannot pull a report or filter just permissions, just the listed Advisor which may not be correct.

Fidelity integration
Under integration partners, I don't want to see Fidelity automatically turned on. We have never used Fidelity and when I turn it off, it automatically turns back on. I view this as a regulatory issue for non-Fidelity partners because the feature stays on. I'm not commenting about the integration's usefulness for Fidelity partners only that it doesn't belong "on" in my database.

Under the Lists, it would be nice to be able to view more than just the 12 most recent. Possibly an option to view certain numbers. It would enhance creating a list or group - made easier. Thanks! #TeamRedTail - SuperStarz

TICKET FOLLOW UP
I am writing this on behalf of my boss, who would like to request that you only send follow up emails, in response to ticket items, if there is only a real issue, not a password reset.

Links Behavior
We have added links into important information to help jump to a website that would typically be needed. When we right click and choose "open in a new tab", the new tab opens but control is not transferred to to tab. It requires finding the new tab at the top of the screen and clicking on it to view the website in the link. It would be helpful for control to be transferred to the new tab.

tokens do not match/can't log in
Have a pop up window describing what tokens do not match means when I am trying to log in. Provide steps on what I can do to get into systems without calling support.
