Cancel and No show Appointments
When a client cancels and no show appointment or does not show up it would be nice to have the availability ability to "cancel" & "No show" appointment not just deleting the appointment.
We need to be able to track the people who cancel and do not show up for appointment.
This can currently be accomplished through the use of Activity Category and Activity Types. Reach out to our training team at training@redtailtechnology.com for more information!

Sometimes, someone in an office makes a mistake. An action gets canceled, a meeting gets missed, etc. Forcing a note to be made that identifies who cancelled an action would make finding the break in a workflow much easier, especially in a multi-user environment.

In the calendar please add a "Canceled" button in addition to the "Completed" and "Reschedule"
Because when I am meeting with someone and they can or will not reschedule.
It would be nice to have record of the canceled appointment to see a "Cancellation" / "Rescheduled" history or so I don't make another appointment with the person. -

what is the point of having a percentage completed box on updating activities if that doesn't show up anywhere? i assumed that if i said it was 0% completed, that the activity would show up as failed. No. I have to put a comment in the activity to show that it was not successful.

Adding to this; if I have a meeting scheduled on Friday but the client cancels on Monday, I'd like the ability to indicate that the meeting is canceled and have it be "completed" on it's own on that day. As it is now, I can manually mark the meeting as cancelled but I have to go into Redtail on that day to mark it as completed otherwise it goes into the past due file.

Tracking client fails...that might be interesting.

A 'Not Completed' result for an activity would be helpful.

Thank you for "reviewing" my suggestion!! I'm sure that this would be useful to many Redtail users. I LOOK FORWARD TO IT BEING IMPLEMENTED.

allow calendar tiems to be marked as "failed", "canceled"
Only having the options of marking an activity as "complete" or deleting it is just too limited...the ability to mark activities as "canceled" or "failed" aids with the necessity of accurately recording all correspondence
