Add a link to email notifications to click on to open the activity in Redtail
Please add a link at the bottom of the notification that would open the activity in a new browser window
Redtail’s Product Owner has read the suggestion and there is some internal discussion needed in order to determine next steps.

When you receive an email notification that an activity was assigned/updated, there should be a hyperlink to click on that brings you to that activity. This is a VERY basic feature that I cannot believe doesn't already exist.
Many times my team is asking me as the advisor a question about a task. Many times I have to strongly resist the urge to just send a reply via email to notification. I do not live in Redtail. My day is with clients and on other activities essential to my business. Needless to say its a very busy schedule. If i am not already logged in to RT and even if I am It takes precious time to have to navigate to that activity in clients file and reply. If i send just the email for the more involved tasks that are complicated or just take time to execute I risk oversights and mistakes that could be avoided. Documenting in our business is essential. And so is efficiency, lest we get hasty.
Email notifications need a link to the activity/workflow its associated with. Too many times i look at an email update to an activity or workflow step/task then i have to spend time searching for that item when i should just be able to click on it.

When looking through meetings and tasks, I often want to ask a co-worker a question to clarify something. This would be easier to accomplish if I could have an easy link to the activity. I think there should be a button on the page saying "Email" where if you click it your email will pop up and you can send an email to a fellow Redtail user with the title/description of the Activity in the body of the email.
