Workflow tasks - Option to rollover in bulk, Display past due on Today page
The Today page shows the workflow tasks that are due today only. It would be very helpful to have 2 enhancements made to this:
1) Give me the ability to view past due workflow tasks, not just those due today, and
2) Let me choose certain workflow tasks and roll their due dates forward IN BULK to today's date OR another date in the future.
It's currently very cumbersome to manage past-due workflows, especially if I just want to future-date them. I have to go into the Workflow tasks page and change them all individually, which takes about 4 clicks each. Multiply that by a number of workflow tasks that need to be rolled forward at once and this becomes quite time consuming.
Would be great if we had the ability to manage workflow tasks on the Today page just like we can manage the Activities - click-select a few and bulk update the due date...

This suggestion is either not possible or not planned at the current time. Past due workflow tasks are visible on the calendar or the “My Workflow Tasks” from the Today page. They are also visible in the Workflow Task Report.
Technology changes all the time though! The same suggestion can be added as new, or email us at training@redtailtechnology.com to set up a training session on other Redtail features and products that can help accomplish the end goal.

Please add this feature. While cleaning up my client list I have a workflow dedicated to this and apply to at least 20 clients a day. Since workflows still happen on the weekend instead of weekdays only (another enhancement I upvoted) I need to go in to each one individually and reschedule the target date to move the whole workflow.

Please add this, it's frustrating that the Workflow Tasks to Do today only shows ones due on today's exact date. It should include past due as well. I am familiar with the ability to click on active tasks but since that includes future tasks it can be 70+ tasks deep. It would be nice to have a quick view of just what is due today and past due, nothing in the future.

@ Teresa S: Workflows are different than "tasks". You can create tasks within a step under a workflow, however the tasks created under workflows will not show up under the tasks that are listed as activities. As J Hansen said, youhave to manage past-due workflows manually by future dating each one. If the Today page could be edited to show all current workflows (regardless of date), that would be ideal.

It already does those things. You just click past due and it shows them. You can check next to the items you want to bulk change then go to activity options and either roll them over to the current day or reschedule them to future date.
