  1. Add an option for "ACH" or "WIRE" banking information

    When adding in contact's banking information, we should have the ability to select if the banking information is for ACH or Wire transfers.

  2. Link Multiple Contacts at once in Imaging

    Imaging allows multiple contacts to be linked to a folder. But each one has to be added individually. We should be able to link a husband and wife to their household folder without having to save the first person and locate the folder again from the home screen.

  3. have the ability to create custom banners for contacts

    For example: have a banner that indicates a contact is a top client; but we admins could freely create whatever banners they wish to use for their practice.

  5. Add 'nickname' as a Zapier connected field.

    I find the Zapier functionality fascinating. Please add 'nickname' as a Zapier sync-able (is that a word?) field. Thank you.

  7. Retriever Cloud sends contacts to Outlook without mapping the "File As" field

    The "File As" field is vital in Outlook for ordering records, rending the lookup of these records less efficient in Outlook.

  9. Address Updates

    When updating a physical address, it should reflect on both of the spouses contact records. It only updates both spouses if it is a "Home Address" update. It should update both spouses if it involves the home address, mailing address, and the home phone #.

  10. "Last Updated" Add to Contact Details/Card

    A "last updated" section to the contact details, and contact records would be nice. That way we can see when we last updated their records for client record upkeep.

  11. Hover to view address long description

    When you hover over a phone number on a contact card, it displays the long description (if any exists). I would love to see this behavior for addresses as well -- at the moment you have to click into the editing box to view any additional information in the decription

  13. organize contact card

    It would be helpful to have the ability to organize the contact card emails and websites in a way that is useful to us, like alphabetically for example.

  14. highlight small note up by client name on top

    Next to client name at the top, so you see right away when you go to their contact, have a highlighted spot (roughly 80 characters) for important information that can be changed at anytime. I.E. client baby due date, spouse just had heart attack, client has onset of dementia.

  15. Stop Important Info pop up box moving when resizing

    Please Stop Important Information pop up box from moving when resizing.

    After the CRM update the week of 10/21/2019, the important information pop up box floats, when trying to resize.

    In Chrome, the box moves down, when trying to expand the box.

    In Firefox, the box chases the mouse. Once the attempt has been made to resize the box, then it is impossible to get to the "Update Important Information Button". I have to hit the refresh button to get out, and all new information is lost.

  16. Deceased Contact

    When a client is deceased, instead of having to put in their DOD, there should be an option to just mark deceased. So that if we don't know the DOD, the marker will still show up on the contact when you open it.

  17. Under contacts, then client name, it shows past due and next 30. I'd like to have a custom date range that we can default to....

    Under Contacts, then Client Name, it shows past due and next 30. I'd like to be able to have a default date range that I can customize. I'd like to see for example the next 5 years of activities scheduled for that client, in addition to the past due that's already showing.

  18. Add INCOME and EXPENSES to the ASSETS/LIABILITIES (making it a true balance statement)

    Under the ASSETS / LIABILITIES, I would like for you to consider adding both INCOME & EXPENSES (total household annual expenses). That would complete that area to make it a "Balance Statement"

  19. I would like to have the option to create/do not create a business/company "drop down"

    Many of my clients are sole proprietors. They have only one person/record that would ever be connected to the record. I would like to have the control to select a "drop down" to: 1) create a company record 2) Do not create a company record. I don't like that the CRM forces me to have a company record just to do and delete it (even assuming that is possible) Thanks

  20. Enhance Branch Office/OSJ capabilities

    I run a supervisory office for a broker/dealer along with managing my own accounts. I know there are some existing hard-coded fields that can help with this part of our business, I'd love to partner with some other OSJ users in order to make recommendations to enhance this part of our business - primarily enhancements to the Licenses and Recruiting screens, Making Advisor Licenses a UDF so we can record more than what is already there, Creating a module like the Family tool to track reps within a given Branch, providing a way to enter and track rep production over…
