Locked Types and Categories to different levels of users
Locked Activity Types and Category options so that only certain types of users can use those types/categories.

My small company needs a method to post an activity that needs to get done without a specific completion date but with reminders
Some activities don't have an exact due date, but will get done as soon as possible. Therefore, I don't want to have to put in an end date and yet I want reminders that it is a pending activity.

make the default view on inital login show activities for all users rather than just showing activities for the person logged in
How do we make the default view on initial login show activities for all users by default rather than just showing activities for the person logged in?

Under Filter Dates tab in Activities
Want to save as default (maybe through Settings), to always have "Past Due and Today" appear. When logging in each time, have to reset it.

Set up different categories for activities
a way to set up a custom task list under the Activities tab? We want to be able to run a separate list to house a specific list of Category types and filter out the others. For example, we have a staff member who has both marketing related tasks and new business related tasks. We want to be able to have her run two separate lists so she can separate out marketing tasks and new business tasks. Only function I see is to sort alphabetically
