Report that will run last Client Review date
Due to the glitch in the next review date. We are missing some of our clients actual review date. Since the glitch hasn't been fixed we need the ability to run a report versus having to go through each client to check to see if they were missed. The report for last activity is not an accurate report for this either. This glitch causes a problem with meeting our compliance date for each annual review.

Notes are NOT saved when an activity is accessed by multiple users!!!
We have multiple users and if by change two users access the same activity, only the notes, edits/changes are saved by the person that hits save first. If the both user can not enter while another user is accessing the activity then an alter MUST pop-up to signify this is a "READ ONLY" because IMPORTANT records are being lost and have been for years because we have been given the run around about the cause of this being anything but the simply truth!!!

Email Notifications at Time of Activity
We receive and email notification at the time the activity is created but we should be able to receive another email when the activity is to be started!
This would be especially useful when an activity is created months ahead of time. Not everyone checks the overview regularly and it can also look very overwhelming when there are a number of activities. Receiving an email on the day it is to be started would reduce or eliminate the chances of an activity being overlooked.

list two contacts when attached to note/activity, not just '2 contacts'
I realize you like to say 2 contacts when both spouses are attached to an activity to save space but I'd love it if you only did that when 3 people are attached. I am trying to be good with my notes and attach both parties so they each have a record of it but then on printed reports, I can't tell who the activity or note is for. So list both names at two, summarize at 3.

When posting a note or activity it would be helpful to have a save button near the text box so I don't have to scroll down to bottom of page to save.

Email reminders for when activities are due
When activities that were scheduled in advance come due, the creator of the activity should be able to get a reminder email sent to their inbox to notify them. Similar to a calendar reminder on your calendar for an appointment, activities should provide an outside reminder to an email.

Retriever Cloud Disconnect Notification
I missed an appointment today because my sync between Retriever Cloud and Office 365 broke. As of now, there was no other way I would have known this happened besides missing my appointment.
We should get some sort of notification that the sync is broken.

Notes and account(s) linked within an activity
Currently, when an activity that is linked to an account, has notes added within the activity, those notes appear in the notes section separately from the activity itself and the account which was originally linked to the activity is not linked to the note. I would suggest notes that are added within the activity get rolled up into the activity so there is one thread/history so all the separate notes that were added within that activity are bundled in one section with the appropriate account number linked to the original activity. updating completed activities
Why is there a save button when viewing completed activities - If you amend a completed activity and click save you get an error message telling you to uncomplete the activity first - If you can't save an update, there shouldn't be a button or you shouldn't be able to enter any information without uncompleting first.

Activity Notes Linked to Account
For activities that are linked to an account, it would be nice if the notes that are entered in that activity are automatically linked to that account. I have to enter the note and then go back and link it to the account after.

Assigned activities
It would be great to have the option to receive an email notification when a task that I have assigned to someone else has been completed. The only way to accomplish this now is if I assign myself as an attendee on the task. This clutters up my activities list, making it difficult to discern which tasks I'm actually responsible for versus those that were assigned to others and still outstanding.

calendar activities not showing the entire title
Attention Redtail Team: The activities on the Calendar REALLY need to list the entire description of the activity without hovering over it. The text NEEDS to wrap!! Are you guys working on this? This has probably been the number one complaint since the update. We've already missed a few things for appointments because WE NEED TO SEE THE ENTIRE TITLE!! Please get on this ASAP!

Dates on Open Activities list on client dashboard
On the client dashboard could you please list the date for that weeks activities. Once it gets to the current week it only states that day of the week. But when I am trying to confirm appointments and am in the clients account I have to open the activity to verify the date. I would be nice if the actual date is listed for all activities, even the activities that take place on the current week.

Assiging multiple users to a task/activity
Prior to your latest release, we used to be able to assign 2 users to a task/activity right when entering the task. Now we have to enter the activity, then go back into it to assign a second person to it. This leaves room for error and makes what used to be a one step process, a 2 step process.

Show Multi-day Activities in Today's Overview "Open Activities" Section
If we add an activity to the calendar that starts on Wednesday and ends on Friday, it will only show up under Open Activities on Today's Overview on Wednesday. We would like it to show up on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.

Allow multiple activities to be created off of a single linked note
Multiple activities may be activated by a single note. Why post the same note multiple times or enter the same text into each activity to have a linked note to each activity? This will streamline the notes section with regards to linking and streamline the process. Allows less manipulation by those assigning activities.
