Show Calendar Color Code in Activity Details "Type" Drop-down
Show assigned color code assigned per the "Type" of activity selected in the drop down menu within the Activity Detail.
Additionally, an option for CRM Admin to standardize all color codes selected would be nice.

Can we have the same draft feature for activities that we do for notes? I would say a good majority of us make our notes in activities.

I would say a good majority of us make our notes in activities so all details for a trade action are together, new account is together, etc. I was very excited when I went to a Redtail meeting and explained what I needed. I was told about the save draft feature but I was quickly let down when I returned to the office only to find it works on notes and not notes within activities.

We should be able to tag a group instead of individual attendees to an activity. This way even if team members change, we don't have to keep updating the attendees.

Include Phone number of contact on activities report
On the activities Report It give me the contact but not the phone number I understand that when I am on the computer I can hover over the contact name and get it but I print my reports out and take them with me and then when I have a free minute or two I will make phone calls.

Create a due date for tasks similar to that of Microsoft Outlook

Add Future activities or To Do List for next client meeting that isn't tied to a date.
I'd like to list things to be done for a client the next time we see them that isn't necessarily tied to a date. I'm constantly bumping dates for activities for clients who don't respond. It would be nice to just have a list we can look at quickly without sorting through Activities or Notes.

While RT "Speak" is useful for public forum discussion, offering collaborative functionality through "Private Team Rooms" would be great.

Link Activities From Calendar Integrations to Client Record via Attendees
Most firms include clients in a calendar invitation for a scheduled meeting as attendees by adding their email addresses. A smart feature would be to automatically link synced activities from the Retriever or O365 integration to the client record if there is an email match for an attendee.

Create and Edit Email Notification
When creating a new task if I hit the blue button, (create and edit) I dont want the assignee to be notified until I complete the edit. What happens now is I hit create and edit and the assignee gets an notification email then when I save they get a second email. Turning off the initial notification doesnt make sense because sometimes I just create the activity and I dont need to edit. Hope that makes sense. Phoning List
It would be really nice to have a feature just for calling clients. It would be a list of prospects or clients you are trying to make appointments with. It would allow you to click reached or not reached. It would also allow you to click "appointment made", bringing you to your calendar to schedule a good time to meet. It would also have a notes section so you can keep track if you left a message or not OR to leave information talked about during the phone call. Change "Past Due" activity from "Yesterday" to "Past Due"
Currently when you're in a contact record, and you see a "past due" reminder and click on it, it takes you to "yesterday", not "past due". So you have to click on "past due" again. Any chance this could be fixed?

Linked Notes & Linked Documents to be shown in Activity via date/time stamp
Within the Activities, the Linked Notes do not seem to be sorted consistently by date/time. When referencing the Linked Notes within the Activities, it's sometimes very confusing to figure out which Notes to read in which order so that any Admin can reference to better understand the history and periodic updates associated to the Activity.
This is true also for the Linked Documents as there may be multiple versions of the same document (Unsigned Doc, Client-Signed, Client&Agent-signed, or corrected version(s) to resolve a NIGO).

Bulk action to add all selected contacts to one new activity
It would be nice if we could select multiple contacts from the search screen and add them all to a single activity via bulk actions. Right now the only option under bulk activities is to create one activity per contact, or to create a task and manually add each contact.

filter dates in activities should allow +- 30 or 60 days

past due task report
I would like an easily printable Past Due Tasks report. I frequently need to track down users to see if they actually completed a task as they refuse, for some reason, to mark them as complete in the system.

Add field for duration to indicate time spent to complete a task - non-scheduled activity
Add a field for duration to indicate time spent to complete a Task (i.e. non-scheduled, non-time delimited activity). Allow this field to be completed on each step of a Workflow in order to track time spent on various tasks. This field should be exportable along with contact, user, category, subject, duration, and date in order to review time spent per contact. This married with revenue per client will enable analysis re: profitability/client and productivity per user.

Group Activities Together/"Umbrella" Activities
I would like to group activities together. Meaning, if the "umbrella" activity is to evaluate insurance coverage, I would like to have sub-activities for the individual insurance policies to evaluate. We have a client who is considering long-term care coverage and there are several insurance policies that could be combined to do so, but there are action items associated with each.
