Add columns to the Accounts Overview page
It would be very helpful to have along with: Number, Company, Product.... to also have "Beneficiary" and "Insured." If these were available we could review over the phone at a glance and see which policies or accounts need updating. There is a big push for accountability for advisors to be sure the beneficiary designations are correct. This would also help identify insurance policies on children which are owned by their parents.

Show Contact Details on all pages
Right now, the "Contact Details" section only shows on the client overview page. Having access to this information on other pages (like the "Contact Card") is extremely important. It is a hassle to have to return to the overview page just to retrieve a Date of Birth or Tax ID. It would be so much easier to display this on every page, including the pages for each individual account. When talking with an insurance company while viewing the clients policy details, we need access to this information. It should be displayed under the contact card, just like it is on…

Backfill any information entered into Laserapp (back to Redtail CRM)
Right now, if we discover some missing information, we have to go back to Redtail to add it, because if we add it in Laserapp, it doesn't update the CRM database. It would be helpful if it automatically backfilled into Redtail.

Remove Review Date when Client Status = Terminated
when you terminate a client, their review date should be automatically removed so they stop showing up on the review date reminder

work to add Equity Trust and Equity Institutional (Self Directed IRAs) to the custodian list.
We are an independent Financial Advising Firm. We have a few dozen clients that have self directed IRAs. We would like to see the ability to have the account data show up in Redtail. We really like the way TradePMR (our main custodian) links in, so we would love to see the same thing with Equity Trust/Equity Institutional.

Redtail should push Drivers License data to Smartworks Government ID data fields.
I should never have to enter the same data more than once on any Redtail integrated product.

Assign a Task to a client
I would love it if you add a new feature to your Tasks. This is the ability
to assign a Task to a client. Why? Often I give them a to do list, that is,
things they need to accomplish and when I meet with them later on, I want
to be able to ask them if they got those things done. How do I remember

UPS and FEDEX
It would be great if you added the ability to pull a contact address from redtail along with all the contact's information iand import into UPS and FEDEX to automatically create a shipment to the person or company.

allow us to see the person and/or team members who were sent a notification in the note record.
When Redtail sends a notification, it is not evident in the client's note record the persons or team members who were notified. I like to know that others mentioned in the note, who may have a task, were notified. The only place we see this is the address line of the Redtail Notification, which typically gets deleted once we've reviewed the note. Once that happens, there is no proof (that I can see) of who received the notification.

Pull profile pictures from the new Social Media address links to use for a client's contact record profile picture.
With the great new addition of social media addresses, it would be really cool to be able to automatically pull the social media profile picture over to the client's profile picture in RT.

Unlinked accounts

Allow an image to be pasted into an email directly
At this time graphs/charts in an email have to be presented as a URL or an attachment. Would be nice to be able to clip and paste the graphic directly into the email body.

eFile Cabinet
eFile Cabinet offers a simple cost effective online data storage similar to RedTail Imaging. However, one key difference is eFile Cabinet Online allows for "private key encryption" so no one at the data storage facility can view client documents. I would love to see the best in class CRM (Redtail) integrate with this best in class for security online data storage service.
