employment history
It would be helpful to have a feature for past employment history, where we can search by a contact and find out all the places he/she worked at in the past (kind of like LInkedin), and vice versa -- be able to look at a business and see who used to work there. The memberships field is not very helpful in this regard because it quickly gets cluttered. Say there is a firm of 20 current employees and 20 past employees -- that's 40 records I would need to look through for that firm to find whom I need. Thank you!

Yes! Under Know Your Client, in the professional section in the employments category, there should be an end date for employment, not just a retire date. People change jobs all the time and history should be kept.
