  1. Add meeting date to Workflow view or allow a customized view

    I'd really like to be able to customize the workflow view to include the next meeting date for the client.

  3. Recycle Bin for Workflows so we can recover accidently deleted workflows

    Please add a recycle bin or other option to let us recover accidently deleted workflows. Be sure it brings it back in the state just before deletion (all steps, tasks, notes, step outcomes, completed task/step history included).

  4. Workflow tasks - Option to rollover in bulk, Display past due on Today page

    The Today page shows the workflow tasks that are due today only. It would be very helpful to have 2 enhancements made to this:

    1) Give me the ability to view past due workflow tasks, not just those due today, and

    2) Let me choose certain workflow tasks and roll their due dates forward IN BULK to today's date OR another date in the future.

    It's currently very cumbersome to manage past-due workflows, especially if I just want to future-date them. I have to go into the Workflow tasks page and change them all individually, which takes about 4 clicks…

    This suggestion is either not possible or not planned at the current time. Past due workflow tasks are visible on the calendar or the “My Workflow Tasks” from the Today page. They are also visible in the Workflow Task Report.

    Technology changes all the time though! The same suggestion can be added as new, or email us at training@redtailtechnology.com to set up a training session on other Redtail features and products that can help accomplish the end goal.

  5. Ability to have recurring workflows

    Ability to have certain workflows automatically recur on a specific date or every month, quarter, year, etc .

  6. Template Update Push to Open Workflows

    when modifying a workflow process, it would be nice to have the added elements added directly to the client records that already have that workflow attached.
