  2. When adding a note to a client, it would be helpful if there was a prompt to link the note to their spouse.

    I often forget to link a spouse to a note. For example; I send an email to a couple, and add it as a note in RedTail. Then, a few days later I might be in the spouses' account, and not see the note about the email I had just sent them. I don't always want to have notes in both spouses accounts, but it would be helpful if I was prompted to save it to the spouse when saving the original note.

  3. Would like a Retriever Cloud option to choose whether or not to have attendees and linked contacts in the body of the Activity

    When using Calendly or adding an activity to Outlook that includes an invitee, an extra Outlook notification is sent to the invitee after Retriever Cloud adds in the linked contacts and attendees to the body of the activity. Would like to avoid this extra email by disabling those items from being added to the body.

  4. review

    Allow functionality of selecting the month for the "next review date". Currently, if you deviate off the schedule, there is no flexibility to keep the existing month. i.e. if I was late on a review in August, but want to keep the client on schedule for March 2021, there is no way to select that.

  5. MailChimp Birthday Export

    Hi,

    Our office is using MailChimp. The Redtail feature to export Names/Emails is very helpful. However, we wish it sent out the birthday as well. This way we can run automated birthday emails without having to manually enter client birthdays within our Mailchimp account directly.

    Can this be done?

  6. Role assignments

    Be able to assign roles to Redtail users. Essentially assign "Adviser", "Relationship Manager", "Consultant", etc to the redtail user - totally separate from the Contact Record. Just be able to add a new RedTail User and assign them a Role in their account! Thanks, Team-RedTail!!!!

  7. Contact Details - custom field

    It would be great if there were one or two fields within the Contact Details section that could be customized. We'd like to assign a client service associate to each client, and while we can add this to the UDF section, it would be so much easier to locate if it was right there under or above "Servicing Advisor" in the Contact Details.

  8. workflows sorting by current task 'user'

    Are we able to sort workflows (on the main Workflows page that shows all) by 'current user'? We couldn't find where we were able to do - so if a certain 'user' is off work, we could just do a search for all the (current) Workflows/Steps/Tasks that were assigned to them and complete them.

  9. Automatic Spouse Contact Record Should Inherit Permissions

    An automation exists to permission new contact records to the associated advisor, so other advisors cannot see that advisor's contacts. This is a compliance requirement and Redtail has this functionality. However, When a spouse record is created automatically from a contact, it does not get the permissions that are assigned to the associated Contact - even though is has the same information as the contact that the automation uses to assign permissons.
    This is causing a compliance issue as the spouse record can be seen by other advisors. Can you please 'enhance' the system to apply the same permissions to…

  10. Please add a customization option for profile banners similar to birthday and deceased.

    I would like to be able to add custom banners to client's profiles that show up like deceased and birthdays do. I want to know for certain that people viewing a profile of a client know DO NOT MAIL, DO NOT CALL, DO NOT TEXT, ONLY MR. SMITH SHOULD CALL THIS CLIENT, etc with custom labels, and custom colors. The status section is what we use now, but it isn't prominent enough, and in a rush people do not always catch the status to know how to contact the client. Thanks!

  11. Insert Field in email subject line

    Adding the clients name in the subject line can boost open rates by as much as 50%. If the ##FirstName## is available in the Body of an email then can't it also be available for the subject line?

    Create a duplicate by phone number report to make clean up practical. There are many similar names but phone numbers are more unique to a client. Thanks.

  13. Search bar for contacts

    Need a Search Feature that is as simple as google or another search engine to quickly dive into the contact you are looking for. Otherwise it take 3 clicks minimum to get to the client. That is inefficient.

  14. Option to show review reminders for specific users instead of NONE or ALL in the calendar.

    The calendar ignores the selected users and shows either ALL client reviews for all users, or NO client reviews. It isn't possible to show reviews for just the currently selected calendar users. If one wants to show reviews, then automatically reviews for all clients for all advisors are shown. Please allow a filter for this. Thanks.

  16. NEXT REVIEW

    When setting up the Next Review feature, it seems the option to update to annually on a specific day has disappeared. (Ie. annually on the first Monday of April). I can choose a date for annual review (ie. April 15 can be scheduled for subsequent years), but not the first Monday of April.

    Also, it would be nice to keep the first review (ie. April 15, 2016) and then be able to change it in subsequent years. For example, this year we weren't able to meet until June 1, 2020. Going forward, I want to change it to June 1,…

  17. notes link on account page to see notes for that particular account instead of searching all notes

    It would be helpful to have a link to notes on the account page. That way when I click the down arrow, I have a choice to see notes for that particular account.

  18. notes in activity

    It would be nice to be able to see all the notes, together, for a particular activity within the activity at least until the activity is marked complete. They tend to get mixed in with other notes in the notes section and it's hard to tell what is happening in that activity.

    Or, it would be nice to have a button that would add the current date and time stamp to items typed in the description field.

  20. In the internal signature block it would be great if we could change to colors -- rather than just black
