Ability to create "Users" for scheduling purposes only.
We have had to create full Users in Redtail for blocking off our conference rooms for appointments, an employee "out of office" time block, etc. and it would be beneficial to be able to have these Users that aren't actually "Users" or have their own logins. We have over 90 "Users" in our database and some of these are only for scheduling purposes and shouldn't have to be added to our billed number of Users (I believe the monthly price increases every 30+ Users).

NOTES- ABILITY TO HAVE A NOTES BLOCK IN WORKFLOWS THAT CAN BE DATA MINED WHEN RUNNING NOTES REPORT
Would like notes in workflows to be searchable from a report. Designatge a main note block at top of Workflow that exports and would be searchable. This would enable you to not have to double document when completing workflow steps. Especially useful with transnational type work flows.

Adding a flag or reminder feature in Notes
After adding a note, can we get a feature to flag the note or a reminder to go back to the note in "x" number of days? Currently, the only way I can remind myself of the note is to create a follow-up activity. Let's say I speak with a client who tells me that she/he will send me a document in three days. I make a note of the call in RT and set a reminder (instead of an activity) to flag the note in four days. In four days, I am reminded of the Note and if the…

UDF automations
Please provide more automation triggers, the easiest would be that there should be an automation trigger for any field change creating an activity task. Particularly for UDFs - if users have UDFs, that means they are important fields, yet I can't automate anything from them.

in progress
Please add a "in progress" option for activities... right now we have the ability to create an activity and mark it as complete, which makes it impossible for teams to see what is being worked on vs what is falling behind. Ideally, the calendar should show opened, in progress and completed activities in different colors so it's easy to tell what is where.

Last Client Contact Report
Our company depends on constant communication with certain stakeholders in separate companies. Ensuring that we stay in communication with everyone can be difficult, because we have to check each individual contact in Redtail to see the last time we reached out to them. We would greatly benefit from being able to pull reports on when each contact was communicated with last-- by meeting, phone call, and email. Client info update Automations - specify what the update was
We have an automation linking to workflow when you update a clients email, phone #, or address so we can then update them in all other systems.
When the workflow begins, we have no way of knowing WHAT the update was that occurred if someone else in the office made the change. It links the client, but it'd be helpful if the "workflow assigned" email showed the prior value, and what it was changed to.

Redtail Imaging
Can you please add a Contacts A-Z search option at the top of Redtail Imaging? A similar search to that of the CRM where the alphabet is at the top of the page and you can go to the client folders via last name versus scrolling down the entire list.

allow today view to to show our preference of today's activities
I want the ability to change the preference on Today to show Today's activities AND past due at the same time. Sure, it isn't for everyone, which is why I should be able to turn it on only if I'd like.

add a team to a task
It would be nice to have an option of adding a Team to an activity or task when creating or editing as opposed to just one person at a time. We have teams that consist of 5 employees so it's a waste of time to add each one individually for every task when we could just add their team in 1 fell swoop.

Allow Redtail Account ID to be a Field in Custom Export
The Redtail Account ID is needed for bulk updating accounts, but there is no way to get it from the custom exports. This mean to get all the information we would like to use to update our accounts, we need to combine multiple spreadsheets without a unifying Account ID.

reoccuring calendar items, not showing subject line
Seems with the most recent update the subject line isn't showing in the calendar view - even when the activity is 1+ hr

Send invite to contact when scheduling an appointment
Most programs today allow you to send in invite to the contact you have schedule some type of appointment with to add it to their calendar and accept or decline it. Why doesn't Redtail do this?

Create ability to archive notes
It would be great if we had the ability to archive notes so that we can hide some of the extraneous posts that show on the Notes tab that aren't as important/critical. The notes would still be captured for the client, just not right there on the main page clogging up the notes timeline.

Bulk add in UDF section
Would like the option to Bulk add fields to the UDF Section. We have 17 categories in the drop down that we add to new client profiles. Currently, we have to add one at a time for the client and then again for the spouse. Very time consuming.

Please PLEASE remove Local Time now located at the top of each Contact Card. It only adds to the jumble and is distracting to boot.
Please delete it - that's all. Or offer it as option. Thank you.

Custom Export needs to Include ALL Profile Information- why makes us wait years for this???!!!
I don't understand the logic behind not giving us the ability to export all fields of the contact record. You have added fields a couple at a time over the past few years, since you are already in there adding a couple fields, just add ALL the fields so you don't have to keep going back to the same topic and adding fields. That way you can focus on the thousands of other "enhancements", most of which are oversights, that have been sitting idle for YEARS!! Just make all fields exportable and be done with it!!!!

New calendar update
It appears that the activities in my teams calendar seems to be cut off. For example when we schedule client reviews, we put them in the calendar in the Subject line, "ACCOUNT REVIEW W/ (CLIENTS NAME)." Now, when we look at our calendar the clients name is half way cut off depending on the length within the Subject line and only shows three dots "ACCOUNT REVIEW W/…" You have to hover over the activity to see the full description of the appointment. Please let me know if there is anyway to change this to show the full description of the…

It would be great to have a checkbox that copied over review date info for couples so that it doesn't have to be entered twice.
