Activity pop up permission/privacy option
Can you add permission/privacy options on the pop for activity? Same way we have it on the pop up for new note?

Have the ability to attach an email to another contact besides the contact that the email is sent to.
If I send an email to a company in reference to a client, the email is archived under the company. I need the ability to manually attach the email to the client also, so that the email will show up under the client. What I have to do now is create an activity, link it to both the company and the client, and copy the email to the activity - so it will show up in the notes of both the company and the client.

Create Ability to Customize ID Types in Indentifications
It would be beneficial to our firm if we had the ability to create and customize the various ID types found in a client profile by going to Know Your Client>>Misc.>>Identification. Some of our clients have ID's that do not fit the default options provided. The ability to create our own options would make our information more accurate and clean.

Advanced Search Field
Advanced Search Field could use the ability to search for the two CRS fields in the Best Interest box on the account page.

Opportunity Screen tune-up
It should also display the Contact(s) phone numbers so you can call right from that screen.
Same for display on the Opportunity reports to include their phone number because sometimes you may call right off that list.
On the screen AND reporting, the user should be able to determine what fields should be seen to make it clearer and easier to navigate and have the information right away.

Double Click to Edit Existing UDF Fields
We use several custom UDF fields and it would save time if we could double-click the field to edit the text, rather than using the drop down menu to select Edit and make changes that way. We also use fields with multiple values, so it would be nice to have those values show when we double-click, rather than selecting Edit.

Fiduciary Client Summary Report only pulls for Tax Qualified Accounts - CRS Tracking
Fiduciary Client Summary Report only pulls for Tax Qualified Accounts - the CRS delivery needs to be tracked for all acct, regardless of type. This report is useless if we cannot see all accounts as we cannot use it in custom exports or search for it.

Documents to Open Instead of Download
When trying to find information within documents, the only choice is to download each document to view it. I don't want to download it, just view it to see if it contains information needed. Can documents be opened in new window with choice of printing/downloading at that point?

Adding an automation for multiple people responsible for a workflow. i.e advisor notes vs admin adding to CRM
In our on boarding workflow both the Advisor and the admin team have different responsibilities that follow one another. One must be done before you can proceed to the next step, but we get held up when the Advisor doesn't do their part,eg. client notes, personal card, etc. If an alert or email was automated to be sent to the next person responsible, we wouldn't have to call them out or keep asking them to do it.

On the automation Templates would like to see the Category added. So that an activity will be automatically generated from type of category
Automate by category- Can we put in an automatic activity that will auto generate on a clients account by what category they are in? Like AAA , AA, A, B, C or Deceased. So once a clients category is changed it should automatically set up the auto activities for that client. Also when we change client category to closed/deceased could an automatic activity generate to close all activities on client?

mobile draft notes
PLEASE Have a DRAFT note feature for Mobile devices. I just LOST almost 15 minutes worth of notes when I switched applications to retrieve a reference in the middle of a detailed client note!

Combined Email History and Note Report for Household
We would like to be able to export a report that shows all notes and email history for a household. That way when an advisor is ready to go into a meeting he could glance at a report that shows all client communication for the last year (all notes and emails for the household). Right now this is 4 separate reports - notes for both spouses and email history for both spouses.

Form CRS Tracking at the Contact Level instead of Account Level
I looked over and read your release notes about the tracking of Form CRS in Retail and I think that it is in the wrong place. We were under the impression that the form has to be given at the time of the recommendation whether the contact works with us or not. Only being able to track the form under an account does not capture the full scope of what is needed. I would suggest putting this in the Misc Info tab or making a new tab only for Reg BI. We would still need to be able to export…

Contact information important
It would be nice if there was a way to email a client a "form" to fill out with their contact information that then auto imports back into Redtail. And of course it notifies you when a new contact has been added.

Favorites
Can you switch the first item on the contact page back to Clients A-Z instead of Favorites. I don't have time or a desire to pick "favorites" amongst my clients and having to click from "Favorites" to Clients A-Z every time I go in to find a client, is just an unnecessary step in my already crowded schedule.

link contact to note after note is posted
After a note is posted, would it be possible to add a feature where an additional contact is linked to said note? Instead of deleting and recreating the note. We know there is a feature to copy the note to a new contact. But when comments are added or activities are linked, we would like to all parties involved to be on the same page

recurring activity
Please add back the ability to choose a recurring event on a specific day of the week, like every third Thursday or last Friday of the month. I noticed this is no longer an option as of June/July 2020.
