Invite multiple clients at once to Speak
Being able to invite multiple clients to Speak at once would be very helpful! If we want to invite, say, all of our "A" clients to communicate via Speak, we currently have to go through and manually invite every one one at a time, which is a huge pain and very time consuming! We should be able to select multiple clients at once or select a tag group and invite them all at once since we can only have one invitation message anyway.

trusted contact
I know others have suggested/requested adding a Trusted Contact field. Let me share how this would make my life easier:
We use LaserApp to complete our forms for TD Ameritrade. I have to then go back and add the Trusted Contact information to each application manually. This takes time and allows room for error.
I know you don't just "snap your fingers" and have it done, but I hope this request is at the top of the wish list. Thank you for all you do to help us manage so much data. Your work is appreciated.33 votes -
If we are going to get any use out of the birthday feature, we need to get a notification of a birthday one week in advance to send a card.
What I want to see is an email notification about a current client's birthday 7-10 days in advance so I can send a card in the mail.

workflow outcome description template
Ability to create a template for the 'step notes' free-entry text box (comes up after completing a workflow step and adding an outcome). IE to make sure outcome notes are consistent, and prompt/remind user what details should be included in that box.
Similar to the template ability for description box on activities + notes.

Know Your Client Review Month
The recent update to Know You Client tab removed the ability to change a client's review month. The only way to change a review month now is to change the date of the first review (making it inaccurate). Trying a custom date adds an extra review date. This is how our office tracks who needs to come in for reviews each month. Please bring this option back!

When putting in a note have the ability to link a workflow
When adding a note in RedTail it would be very helpful if you could link a workflow to the note at that time similar to how you can set a followup reminder to the note that was added.

Search
2 bugs have turned up in Search results since the update a week or so ago, both involving contacts that share a name:
1. If one Contact's first name is the same as another's nickname and they share a last name, searching the Nickname + Last Name will bring up only one record. E.G. Betty "Sue" Smith and Sue "Jean" Smith. Searching Sue Smith will only bring up Sue Jean. Open opportunities on client contact page
Adding any open/pending opportunities on the client contact page.

Add the ability to save documents attached to emails directly to Imaging.
We should have the ability to save attached documents from email directly into Imaging folders. Having to save a document to my computer before uploading/saving to Imaging is not efficient and leaves two copies of the same document in two places. If the document is a working document or is edited, it would be better to only have it one place.

Integrate Third Party Calendars into the Redtail Calendar
It would be wonderful to be able to add iCal and Google calendars INTO the Redtail calendar. I can sync a Redtail calendar to google and see it along side other calendars. I can do the same with Outlook. However, only I can see those integrations in those apps. I would like my team to be able to see my full calendar, not just what is visible in Redtail.
Currently I have to manually add third party calendar events from other organizations and family to Redtail, duplicating everything. There is an "add iCal" option, but it apparently only works if…

Please allow email archiving to have permissions
I remain very concerned that anyone in the company can view the president and office managers emails. We need the archiving to capture all emails between staff and clients but having business emails accessible to our receptionist is absurd. please address this!!

There should be more features in the Redtail email template such as fonts and colors as in outlook,
It would be helpful to include similar fonts, type, colors and features in the Redtail email to match the features in outlook.

Written Agreements Review Addtions
I want to add more customization allowing me add additional forms to that section. My firm needs an OFAC, NAF, and CRS form and I would like to be able to have those dates on my CRM.

no primary address checked off
staff forgets to check off as primary. no mail goes out. no mail merge. whose idea was it to require a primary. whose idea was it to bolden address to tell that it is marked as primary, no one can see that. lost opportunity, missed touches, time consuming.

Workflow Dates
It would be helpful to have steps run at the same time but with different due dates. I understand you can complete tasks in any order under one step, but tasks can not currently able to be assigned due dates or even start/notification dates.

comment on completed Workflow steps
Please add the ability to Comment on completed workflow step notes. The Step Notes are great but then sometimes I think of things after completing the step and I cannot edit it. It would be nice to be able to add a Comment like we can add a comment to regular notes on the main client screen.
