    Make the PreciseFP integration in Accounts more robust. There are a huge number of fields that are not mapped. This would make some of our fact gathering and review much improved!

  2. Add Latest CRS Delivery to the Know Your Client Tab

    Please add an input field for Latest CRS Delivery date to the Know Your Client Tab, along with the Latest ADV Delivery and Latest Privacy Policy Delivery date inputs.

  3. Exclude Weekends as Business Days

    Exclude weekends from working days. For Workflow Target dates, weekends are currently included as working days. These should be able to be exclude. So if your workflow has a task that is 4 days before the target date, it would be 4 BUSINESS days before the Target Date. If a meeting is scheduled on a Monday or Tuesday, it doesn't leave many working days to complete the workflow appropriately. This is not ideal.

  4. Operand for "Contains"

    When doing an Advanced Search the operand "Contains" would include any field that contains the word you are looking for, even if there is other items/words in that field.

  5. Add a tagging feature, "@Advisor" for activities

    Add a tagging feature, like how Instagram has a tagging feature in comments to notify a certain user.

    Instead of getting a bunch of notifications for an activity that the advisor creates, the advisor can set their notifications off for activities, and once the task is done, operations/clerical can notify the advisor that said task/activity is complete by simply writing in the body of text of the task "@username task is complete" or "@username activity is complete"

  6. update account status

    Hello I am one of the administrators for Accelerated Wealth Colorado Springs office. I need the ability to add/or change the Status under the Basic Information "update account" area. As it stands there is only "Open, Closed, pending, and under review". Having only these is not adequate for many situations, for our company. Allowing us to add is what is being requested. Thank you.

    It would be really nice if when sending an email to clients using BCC these emails show up in the client's email history.

  8. Allow a child contact to be part of 2 different families

    Allow a child contact to be part of 2 different families. This would work for adult children and for children with divorced families.

  9. professional contact

    It would be great if when you create a Professional Relationship it would also automatically create a Membership between the individuals and/or firms. Ideally it would work the other ways as well - if you create a membership with the type being the same as a Professional Relationship then that would appear under the Professional Relationship tab. This would make it much easier to be able to go to a Professional (i.e., CPA) and see who all their clients are, etc.

  10. retriever cloud

    Retriever Cloud is a great feature, however, most places of business use a business email account for example Microsoft exchange office 2019 when enrolling with Retriever cloud feature the only option is to have a Hotmail account. Yes, I can temporarily set up a new Hotmail account and not necessarily use it. Too many additional steps to take for a simple sync. If there is a way to expand the sync, using other Microsoft applications this would be a smooth process.

  11. Link ALL accounts to an activity with one click

    In some cases, such as portfolio reviews, ALL accounts for a client family are involved. It is very cumbersome (and time consuming) to have to click each individual account to link them to an activity. It would be very nice if you could add a "LINK ALL ACCOUNTS" button to the activity link page. Thank you for your consideration!

  12. Ability to add additional address types on the contact card

    We would like the ability to add different types of addresses on the contact card. For example, "Physical" (currently Home, Work, Other, Mailing).

  13. Add documents to workflows!

    We really need to be able to link Documents to workflows. We have several workflows for trades and such that we need to attach spreadsheets to, the way we can on activities. There are a few workflows we haven't built because we can't attach Documents to them like you can to an Activity. This is super frustrating!

  14. Add Zapier option to update Contact Note

    Currently, with Zapier, Redtail can only add a contact, an activity, or an opportunity. We NEED the ability to update contact records with Zaps. That way when a contact opens an email, signs up for an event, unsubscribes from a list, (the options are endless) it can trigger an automatic note in Redtail without us having to handwrite hundreds of "action taken" notes. This feature exists with Salesforce and is long overdue for those of us trying to automate as much as possible.

  15. Automation Triggers based on Day, Month, Quarter

    I have several workflows set up that function as checklists for staff to perform certain tasks. These are grouped by Daily Tasks, Weekly Tasks, Monthly Tasks & Quarterly Tasks.

    I'd like to have these configured with automation so that the Daily Tasks workflow is automatically created every day; the weekly every Monday, the Monthly on the first day of every month, and Quarterly on the first day of a calendar quarter.

  16. Allow more than one attachment when using internal email

    Right now you can only attach ONE attachment. We should be able to attach multiple attachments when we are sending emails using internal email.

  18. workflow filter

    I filter the workflows to get a list pertaining to me. If i click on one and read it, could the back/return button take me back to the filtered list? Right now it goes back to the unfiltered, full list and i have to re-filter under my name again.

  19. Add a Merge Field for Seminar guests and contacts who brought guests

    It would be very helpful if we could somehow be able to enter a merge field for seminar attendee guest. This would be for followup emails. If I am sending an email to Bod thanking him for bringing John, it would be nice to be able to have their names fill in the broadcast email template through merge fields. and vice versa: client who brought guest, and guest who attended with client.

  20. work on more than one step at a time

    I would like to be able to work on more than one step at a time. I have 3 things that need to happen at once that need to be in one work flow and not 3. I have actually made about 6 different workflows to make the process work. Not everything goes along with our timeline, so just cause i am waiting for one item in a step I want to be able to open the rest
