mark reminders as done
I would really like to be able to dismiss reminders once I have have handled them, instead of seeing them for 3 weeks even thought there done.

Color Coordinating Redtail Notes
It would be really helpful if we could color coordinate our notes to help distinguish between them. For example, if we can have a note automatically turn Red whenever a comment is attached to it to help distinguish it from a note that doesn't have a comment attached to it.

CRS
Now that Form CRS is required, a version of BICE would be very helpful. Since it is not account specific, but instead client specific, having a section on the main page of the contact record listing when it was sent and/or signed and next "review" date would be extremely helpful (especially if it were to automatically pull from Lincoln for example).

Make it easier to navigate back to the last place
When creating a report for the purposes of database clean up I noticed that when I leave the report to go into the customer file/page to clean it up, I am automatically directed back to the top of the report when I go back into it to proceed to the next customer page. Is there a way to be able to go back to my place in the report. I have reports that have hundreds of names in them, to have to page back several times to get to my last place makes a tedious job that much more tedious.…

view open and closed activities on one screen
Would be nice to be able to see all Open and Closed activities on one screen, vs. having to toggle or filter between them both (or an option to do so for those of us who like that). Maybe with a status running down the side of "open" or "closed" to differentiate between the two. When preparing for a client meeting, it's nice to be able to see anything overdue, upcoming and what we've done in the past for the client, without having to look at multiple screens.

Automatically SAVE INPUT and do it WITHOUT CLOSING the activity or note or whatever is beingupdated.
According to this forum, this suggestion (posted in 2016, 2017, 2018) was completed. Funny, since it's our biggest daily problem. We lose data so often that we have to keep a word doc open in the background during the day to enter notes and then find the time to cut and paste to Redtail. Counterproductive? You bet. Keeping notes for our client records is the main reason we purchased RedTail and it's proving less reliable than Outlook Notes. Finding the time at the end of each day to cut and paste into RedTail is ... difficult. so many words came…

Please add spouse email and cell phone to the custom report feature so both spouses can be listed on the tag group report to email out.
When creating a report for email purposes please add the spouse email and cell phone option under custom report feature. Then when we perform a broadcast email all contacts will show all the information as family. Now we have to add each as an individual in the same family so each email and cell phone is showing in the report not just the primary.

Add a Report for Advisors to get a breakdown of AuM per client, and on their contact (client/book of business) as a whole
Add a Report to show Advisor AuM per their contacts/ book of business. allowing the report to show their total aum and the breakdown per client.

Broadcast Email Font capabilities
There should be a way to change the font size within the broadcast email that does not put the font in bold print. Currently when you change the format to a Heading sized font it all is received in bold. It would be useful to have the option to simply change the font size as we send emails to some older clients who need larger font. Ticket number: 1174480

orion integration field mapping for two way integration
Under the current Orion Household <-> Redtail two-way sync integration, the first name field of the Orion Household links to the first name field of the primary Redtail contact. This is not ideal. The "equivalent" of the Orion Household name is the Redtail Family Name.
For example, assume John Doe is married to Jane Doe. Both are contacts in Redtail and and are joined together under the same family name in Redtail. Each John & Jane have separate IRA accounts in a Household group in Orion.

FIX the "Custom" recurrence option in Client Review Reminder section
With the May 2020 update, the recurrence options in Client Review Reminder REMOVED the options that were always in this area- that is the ability to select by day and month- anywhere in a year- yet leaving the "first review date" intact in the past. I see why the new options were added (to mirror recurrence options in a task) but Client Review reminders are very different. Much more fluid and they appear on the calendar based on the day and month chosen (or rechosen over time). Please update the "CUSTOM" choice in the dropdown list to look like the…

sync redtail hosted calendar and contacts
This suggestion was closed as completed, but nobody in support seems to know how to sync redtail hosted email/calendar/contacts with tailwag.

Why doesn't redtail connect work directly with redtail hosted email/calendars? It's really cumbersome to have to set up an additional microsoft 365 email to use redtail connect. Note Templates
Note templates are a great tool used to help speed up the process of entering the same notes several times. I think it would be helpful if we could choose which templates only we would like to view. Rather than scrolling through a lengthy list of templates others have created.

recurring activities
Just recently Redtail "updated" our RECURRING INTERVALS in ACTIVITIES and took away our choice of recurring on SELECTED weekdays only and our choice of weeks within the month - on anything other than MONTHLY. Example: Every Year on the First Monday of January - or- Every 6 Months on the Third Wednesday - CAN NO LONGER BE A CHOICE. The ability to LEAVE OUT the weekends if we choose should be our choice. BTW - CUSTOM does not have this option either ON MONTHLY OR ANNUALLY. Redtail has always been about customizing for each office and this takes away that…

Adding the status field to the recycle bin would let us know immediately if they were a client who closed their account or left us.

MFA - allow user to set default method for multi-facto authentication
Allow the data base owner or user to set the default multifactor authentication method and require additional information to switch to a different method (this is more secure) and would take less time for users.
