add a button allowing for instant access between Imaging and CRM from any page.
Currently, getting to and from Imaging and CRM requires too many clicks. It would be nice to instantly access imaging from any page in CRM, and vice versa.

Ability to print directly to Redtail Imaging
Having the ability to print to Redtail Imaging, such as an email or a word document, without creating a PDF first then having to drag & drop.In addition when printing a document to RT Imaging, the option to append or prepend to an existing file inside o f Redtail Imaging.

zoom feature
The ability to zoom in on a document (similar to Adobe Reader) from within the Imaging viewer window. For example, when you click on a PDF in Imaging, it pops up page one of the document as a preview, but without downloading the document from Imaging zoom in on the page. Sometimes the text is too small to read or not clear.
