Yes! The CRM stays open all day, the Imaging should do the same. Why it wasn't programmed the same way is a mystery to me.

Please allow us to extend the time out period. I am in and out of Imaging constantly all day long either scanning or researching images. I can't even shift gears for a short time period without imaging timing out on me. IT'S FRUSTRATING! PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE !!!

There is an option to change timeout session in Redtail but not in imaging. It's very frustrating to have to go back and re-scan documents that have timed out. If in the middle of scanning a lot of documents and a client comes in, you have to help client. When you come back to your work it has timed and and nothing saved.

All individual user to set their time preference for how long Imaging stays open just as in CRM.

You can change this setting by clicking on your name in the upper right hand corner, then clicking on preferences, then adjust the "session timeout" option.

Like the option to change the session time out minutes for CRM, it would also be nice to set those limits for the Image side.

Oh did I mention if you have over 10 pages and you time out you Lose It ALL.....

FYI -> IF you keep hitting refresh on the CRM tab and the Imaging Tab, it will keep it open longer..... BUT this is a Huge Time Suck.... because you must pay close attention to the images that are loading that the CRM doesn't time out.
SO yes please there needs to be an adjustment. OR just scan the docs to my desk top and drop and drag them to Upload... but if you Advertise that imaging will work is should work...
but at this point it Does Not work, it times out and you have to start the upload all over again.... time suck.

Yes please, these clients can have hundreds of pages to scan in.... and when it deletes hours of work because you were timed out it is FRUSTRATING!!! There is no way to do multi tasking while scanning....Really frustrating to scan things Multiple times and the boss wonders why you are Twiddling your fingers...well you have to touch the client tab Over and Over so you dont time out...omg. Please I have asked for help on this myself and why is no one listening?....

Extend time on imaging before it log a person out.If I am in the middle of a scan and a client comes in I can time out easily.

Add a feature that will allow the user to choose the length of time before the imaging site times out. Currently, the user must re-log in several times throughout the day.

Currently it only allows me to stay logged in for 15 monites or so in imagining. Tailwag is ok, but imagine is not.
