  1. Aditional features

    love the new Redtail imaging and all the features. Light years better than the last version. I would just like to suggest small features that I think will make a huge difference. Right now, the icons to scroll through pages in a doc, are located at the bottom of the screen, so you have to scroll down for every page. Can we have those arrows moved to the middle of the page so you can access the buttons no matter what you are on the page. Also, is it possible to have zoom-in or out buttons?   2. 4 suggestions to improve Imaging

    While I generally like the new Imaging, I have some complaints. 1. I would like the folders in each clients account to be alphabetical, lower, upper case not withstanding.
    2. When I go back to the home page, I would like the list to be where I had left off. Now it goes back to the top of the client list and I have to scroll through every name to get to the person I needed. Before it would go back to the part of the alphabet where I had been before.

  3. Remove database owner name from top of Imaging page.

    Remove the database owner's name from the top left of the Imaging page, or allow us to change it to our company name. It makes no sense to have an different employee name shown there than the user.

    In Redtail Imaging - add the ability to upload documents directly from a scanner. It looks like there was this functionality in Redtail at one time, as seen here:

  5. Export

    In RTI being able to export an excel sheet of folders linked/not linked to a contact. Something to run a report for unlinked to CRM folders would be perfect and for linked folder the names(s) of the CRM contact it is linked to.

    We have well over 1,000 client folders in RTI, dating back to 2015. Cleaning up broken/incorrectly linked folders is a daunting task; especially done manually.

    Add a button in the new imaging to scan documents into files similar to old imaging, instead of having to save to computer and then upload

  8. Redtail Imaging Updates showing on Notes section

    For Redtail imaging, when the client or we add a file into the client's "folder", can you make it so that there is a note created when the file is added? This would make it convenient for me to see the majority of the activity on the client's account in one place. This example carries through when an activity is completed and so this would assist with consistency.
